- Purchased as a newly completed spec home built by Robert Elliott Custom Homes, the beauty of the steel windows let in an abundance of light. We chose to add personality of the family by painting numerous walls, adding layers of wallcovering in majority of the spaces, replaced light fixtures and carefully designed each room with touches of geometry to continue the classic approach.

"Ode To The Sea" 68" x 84" oil & tar on canvas was created for a celebrity beach side estate in Palm Beach, Florida. Sandra Espinet is an allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and HGTV personality. In 2010 she was voted as the “California Home and Design Designer of the Year”. Her design work has been featured numerous times in many international interior design publications.

This used to be a sunroom but we turned it into the Dining Room as the house lacked a large dining area for the numerous ranch guests. The antler chandelier was hand made in Pagosa Springs by Rick Johnson. We used linen chairs to brighten the room and provide contrast to the logs. The table and chairs are from Restoration Hardware. The Stone flooring is custom and the fireplace adds a very cozy feel during the colder months. The Cleome plant, also called the Spider Flower (Cleomaceae) is heat and drought resistant. It is also deer proof with a sticky stem and numerous pods far reaching on all sides. Hummingbirds love them and they come in many lovely colors. With luck, you will have this plant from late June through September/early October. A bonus is that it also seeds. This photo is from a seedling from the year before. Totally awesome!

She has been responsible for numerous residential and commercial projects and her work is featured in design publications with national circulation.
