For the 2010 Bucks County Designer House, Veneshe designed this yoga/meditation/retreat room in the attic space. It features marmorino plaster walls with trompe l'oeil fresco paintings, a feature wall in polished plaster, and a hand painted floor and floor cloth. Water features, sculpture, and natural elements provide a restful space in which to meditate and practice yoga.

Located in the prestigious South of Fifth neighborhood, this penthouse was a Design + Build by Sire Design. Renovating the complete space, we updated the home with a contemporary feel all while incorporating modern elements. The clients' wish was to create a space that reflected the relaxed South Beach lifestyle, calling for a monochromatic color palette, added textures and incorporated subtle tones throughout the space..

Our main objective was to create a home for a longtime client in her new city of Boston. The Beacon Hill townhouse had been totally gutted, providing a blank slate to add contemporary moments including Carrara marble in the kitchen and a PELLE Bubble Chandelier over the tub, while the curved archway in the kitchen and reclaimed mantel over the fireplace pay homage to the past. Our client’s feminine style and love of rich colors can be found throughout, making this new house a home.
Whimsical patterns, bold colors, and a love for animals make this Boston-based townhouse anything but stuffy. This space fuses a refined and sophisticated palette of warm woods with soft cozy textures and vintage character.

This New Cannon Home, designed by the Famed Architect Kengo Kuma exemplifies the design objective of "intimate Transparency". Through extensive use of glass and steel for lightness and transparency. Keuka Studios of NY was selected to build a railing that did not detract from this goal. Careful consideration was given to achieve a thin, light appearance yet would be Strong and lasting.

One of my favorite objects I've ever created. Just stunning. The Japanese inspired fence work by the firm as well.

Introducing our new Metro Collection's Laguna style, shown here as a sectional. Compact on scale, but gigantic on comfort, the Laguna features a unique combination of a rounded track arm, a modern winged back and a sleek tapered leg, which suits both transitional and contemporary spaces. Standard with our premium Ultra Down cushion, you won't find a more comfortable small scale seating experience! Items shown: Huntington House 2200-Laguna Sectional, 7737-50 Chair, 7715-50 Chair.

When we started this project, opening up the kitchen to the surrounding space was not an option. Instead, the 10-foot ceilings gave us an opportunity to create a glamorous room with all of the amenities of an open floor plan.
The beautiful sunny breakfast nook and adjacent formal dining offer plenty of seats for family and guests in this modern home. Our clients, none the less, love to sit at their new island for breakfast, keeping each other company while cooking, reading a new recipe or simply taking a well-deserved coffee break. The gorgeous custom cabinetry is a combination of horizontal grain walnut base and tall cabinets with glossy white upper cabinets that create an open feeling all the way up the walls. Caesarstone countertops and backsplash join together for a nearly seamless transition. The Subzero and Thermador appliances match the quality of the home and the cooks themselves! Finally, the heated natural limestone floors keep this room welcoming all year long. Alicia Gbur Photography
