The sound of falling water has often been captured on recordings to help people fall sleep, relax, and decompress. While this is pleasant, it doesn't compare to having a waterfall in your yard. The sound of water in your garden can camouflage the bustle of city noises and provide a cooling effect to near by plantings. These particular rocks have naturally occurring moss and lichens in sage greens and warm rust tones, making a new water feature appear to be much more established.

This 1,650 sf beach house was designed and built to meed FEMA regulations given it proximity to ocean storm surges and flood plane. It is built 5 feet above grade with a skirt that effectively allows the ocean surge to flow underneath the house should such an event occur. The approval process was considerable given the client needed natural resource special permits given the proximity of wetlands and zoning variances due to pyramid law issues.

The beams on the ceiling had to be stained just slightly to cover some water damage that had occurred years ago. The ceilings used to be textured panels that made them feel much lower and overbearing. Jeff Smyth

This path gives all the whimsical woodland feels! The flagstone is not mortared but tightly set with moss growing in the joints. Loose woodland shade plants were planted to look naturally occurring. All the materials and plants came together perfectly to create a fairy like, yet classy experience for our client

These photos are of a home we applied a fresh fog coating to the exterior of the home. Fog coating stucco usually occurs at two different times in the construction process and is usually applied on existing buildings that need the color to be freshened up due to fading or staining. ​A fog coat will help rejuvenate the exterior of the building and bring it back to it's original color by ​spraying on a new fresh color coat.

Walk-in shower with subway tile walls and penny tile floor. The Schluter Shower System is used for a lifetime warranty against leaks. If there is ever a leak-which has never occurred since we have been using Schluter- Schluter will pay for both the labor and material to remedy the situation.
