Elkay

I'm a leasing agent at one of properties that has an Elkay product. It was one of the most trying and unprofessional experiences I've had so far. Not only did we get wrong instructions from one of the technical customer service representatives, we had a flood occur in our apartment community because of this. Elkay needs to take a hard look at how they support their users, because this exact situation could and will happen again. Definitely would not recommend this to another individual.

Great products this company stands behind their product, gives great customer service and is the leader in kitchen sinks. They are also very custom, if you have an idea or want to draw something up and send to them they will build it for you!
