Diablo Flooring, Inc - US Floors - Castle Combe Originals Retailer In Danville, CA – San Ramon, CA – Pleasanton, CA & Walnut Creek CA
Castle Combe provides the look and feel of an ancient, reclaimed floor and combines it with the modern performance features of a 21st century engineered floor. These inspiring, beautifully aged, handcrafted FSC® 100% floors may be the most interesting, unique, head-turning floor covering AND wall panelling you’ve seen in many years. State of the art aging techniques accentuate the natural character of the wood and the ancient appearance of each plank.
Castle Combe has three distinctive series:
Market Cross: combination of hand-carved fissures, brushing, hand-scraping, and a number of stains; a rich and rustic appearance.
Manor House: smooth, raised knots sculpted and sanded by hand; a rustic look and tailored modern finish
Relics: split planks and hand carved fissures with random insertions of wooden peg inlays, and diagonal cuts; the essence of a floor reclaimed from a 19th century storehouse or a historic colonial estate.

This sleek kitchen space used to be about half the size and twice as hard to use. Originally a "g-shape" we opened up walls and removed some windows to create a truly functional and friendly space. Flush and integrated appliances uplift the look and create a truly customized kitchen.

We completely renovated this space for an episode of HGTV House Hunters Renovation. The kitchen was originally a galley kitchen. We removed a wall between the DR and the kitchen to open up the space. We used a combination of countertops in this kitchen. To give a buffer to the wood counters, we used slabs of marble each side of the sink. This adds interest visually and helps to keep the water away from the wood counters. We used blue and cream for the cabinetry which is a lovely, soft mix and wood shelving to match the wood counter tops. To complete the eclectic finishes we mixed gold light fixtures and cabinet hardware with black plumbing fixtures and shelf brackets.

Colorful art comes in different sizes and formats such as fine prints, and canvas prints. Option to additionally frame the canvas. Prices varies with sizes. Visit Etsy.com/shop/nyoriginalpaintings to see more beautiful artwork by Elena Feliciano.

A simple front facade consisting solely of ten-foot shuttered French doors radiates elegance in this new traditional foursquare home in Washington, D.C. Featured in Country Living magazine, the airy plan offers spaciousness in a limited-fronted site of the American foursquare house. The goal for the design was creating a contemporary foursquare style house. The family room and kitchen of this American foursquare interior are separated by a glassy built-in rather than walls, encouraging visual connection between the spaces in the four square house. Though nestled in the city, this American foursquare home feels like a classic country home.

The Erosion Sink is a defining design for Gore Design Co. First created for a client in 2004 and shortly thereafter published in Dwell Magazine™, the Erosion Sink remains special to us.
Each one is unique, no two are the same. All aspects of this topographic sink can be customized, from color and size to the shape and layout of the erosion pattern. Brandon Gore personally creates each concrete Erosion Sink, spending more than 40 hours on the form and 200-300% more time hand-finishing the cast sink.
This original design is often imitated but never duplicated as the essence and nuance cannot be gained by impersonation. If you want to learn more, please visit our website at www.goredesignco.com
