Grabell Phase 1 – In this phase of the project, we transformed the entire first floor by gutting it down to studs and subfloor. We replaced rotted exterior walls, completely removed all exterior siding and installed vinyl simulated cedar shingle siding. We removed the chimney and installed central AC and gas heat and on demand hot water. We then installed white oak floors, recessed lights, and converted front porch into a mudroom with a coat closet and custom bench. We created a completely redesigned kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms to complete the first floor.

Another outdated feature of the old kitchen were its outdated beige cabinets. With two sided glass cabinets over the peninsula, it made it awkward for the client to store dishware above, as it had to look visually appealing from both directions.

Interior Designer Rebecca Robeson created a Kitchen her client would want to come home to. With a nod to the Industrial, Rebecca's goal was to turn the outdated, oak cabinet kitchen, into a hip, modern space reflecting the homeowners LOVE FOR THE LOFT! Paul Anderson from Exquisite Kitchen Design worked closely with the team at Robeson Design on Rebecca’s vision to insure every detail was built to perfection. Custom cabinets of ...... include luxury features such as live edge curly maple shelves above the sink, hand forged steel kick-plates to the floor, touch latch drawers and easy close hinges... just to name a few. To highlight it all, individually lit drawers and cabinets activate upon opening. The marble countertops rest below the used brick veneer as both wrap around to the Home Bar. OUT OF SPACE AND OUTDATED CHANDILIER

This hall 1/2 Bathroom was very outdated and needed an update. We started by tearing out a wall that separated the sink area from the toilet and shower area. We found by doing this would give the bathroom more breathing space. We installed patterned cement tile on the main floor and on the shower floor is a black hex mosaic tile, with white subway tiles wrapping the walls.
