Project will be completed Aug 2017. Quality of work is excellent. Delays in construction is attributed to city approvals causing long delays. Biggest problem,is PG&E. Contractor don't have any contact to move project. Overall ratings, excellent work.

We couldn't be happier with our decision to use Fautt Homes for our custom home. Working with Shelby and Jeff Fautt was a great pleasure. The just completed home was perfectly built with beautiful features. Shelby had the place nicely staged and you could feel and see they definitely enjoy what they are doing. While I was taking photographs, an ex client of them came to see the house. She loved what she saw and it was obvious, that there was more than a client relationship, they had become friends. I'm looking forward to work with them again.
