Accenting the teal glass backsplash tile is the cozy window seat with a colorful vibrant diamond pattern. In Small spaces you need to maximize every inch. In this space a custom bench seat was made to not only cozy up and read a book but also to use as storage for bigger beach items like umbrellas and an additional air mattress! A reading light and plug were added to the wall for additional light while reading and a place to change your phone while in use. The layered patterned pillows add fun and excitement to the small corner space. With a touch of beach decor the small studio apartment does not become overwhelmed with clique items. The original kitchen was dark and lacked storage space. It was cut off from the rest of the house and needed an update. We removed the wall between the dining room and kitchen and bumped the kitchen out in the rear of the house. We created lots of storage, a new island with seating and added windows bringing in much needed natural light. The kitchen is now a hub of activity for the whole family.

This master bathroom has everything you need to get you ready for the day. The beautiful backsplash has a mixture of brown tones that add dimension and texture to the focal wall. The lighting blends well with the other bathroom fixtures and the cabinets provide plenty of storage while demonstrating a simply beautiful style. Brad Knipstein was the photographer.

COLOR CODED. Awash in neutral tones, this contemporary kitchen serves up simplicity in a Philadelphia couple’s secondary residence in DC. Matte white base cabinets—topped with speckled gray granite and a white ceramic tile backsplash—create a L-shaped prep center. Location: Nantucket, MA, USA This classic Nantucket home had not been renovated in several decades and was in serious need of an update. The vision for this summer home was to be a beautiful, light and peaceful family retreat with the ability to entertain guests and extended family. The focal point of the kitchen is the La Canche Chagny Range in Faience with custom hood to match. We love how the tile backsplash on the Prep Sink wall pulls it all together and picks up on the spectacular colors in the White Princess Quartzite countertops. In a nod to traditional Nantucket Craftsmanship, we used Shiplap Panelling on many of the walls including in the Kitchen and Powder Room. We hope you enjoy the quiet and tranquil mood of these images as much as we loved creating this space. Keep your eye out for additional images as we finish up Phase II of this amazing project! This contemporary compact laundry room packs a lot of punch and personality. With it's gold fixtures and hardware adding some glitz, the grey cabinetry, industrial floors and patterned backsplash tile brings interest to this small space. Fully loaded with hanging racks, large accommodating sink, vacuum/ironing board storage & laundry shoot, this laundry room is not only stylish but function forward.

Designing a completely round home is challenging! Add to that, the two tubes are merely 8' wide. This requires EVERY piece of furniture to be custom built to fit the continuous rounding walls, floors and ceiling. We used every possible inch to provide storage for our clients personal belongings and household needs... sustainable for 3 years! Solid walnut wood paneling and custom built shelving was used throughout as well as tons of hidden storage... in, under and atop every possible inch of this project was locate and utilized! Backsplash above the Kitchen sink is super thinly cut mosaic tile made out of MIRROR! It's reflective, creates an illusion of space and light, It sparkles and looks AMAZING! MMM Photography
