This 5,000-square-foot contemporary retirement home, nestled in the serene Nashville countryside, offers a perfect blend of artistic expression and tranquil living. Designed for art-loving owners, the home itself serves as a statement piece, while also providing a sophisticated backdrop for their personal collection. The open-concept main living area is a study in modern design, featuring a striking natural stained cedar ceiling accented with industrial-grade steel beams. A dry stacked Greystone wall adds a touch of rustic elegance, while a freestanding white wood monolith subtly divides the living space from the functional bar area. This thoughtful design fosters a seamless connection to the outdoors, fulfilling the owners' vision of a serene and art-filled haven.

Perched high above Calgary’s vibrant East Village, this condo was designed to reflect the homeowner’s story — layered, personal, and full of meaningful pieces collected over time. The homeowner wanted to create a space that feels authentic, inviting, and connected to her life experiences. Working collaboratively, we curated furnishings and finishes that balance character with comfort. Each choice integrated treasured items with new elements to enhance functionality, improve visual flow, and express her unique narrative. The result is a warm, eclectic home where she can work productively, relax fully, and take in sweeping views of the Bow River at the end of each day.

This typical late 20th Century home located in Fishers, IN had a somewhat open kitchen-living area.Because their extensive home-grown gardening, canning and wine making needs weren't accommodated by the small existing kitchen/dining areas, these clients hired Residential Architect LeeConstantine to improve their situation. Constantine separated the "wine making zone" from the everyday "family kitchen zone" striving to allow the zones to "flow" between the two without isolating one from the other. A small rear addition allowed the necessary expansion needed to create the different zones as well as provide for a new walk-in food pantry closet, the various prep and cooking centers, and the opportunity and space to entertain guests there to sample their delicious "creations".In addition, Constantine provided a design offering opportunities for the expression of the clients individual personalities and tastes. This was achieved by incorporating niches for artwork, arched stained glass components highlighting the "home-grown" concept and even a dumb waiter housed within a base cabinet accommodating the transport of 5 gallon "carboys" directly to the basement wine cellar.

For a Buffalo-based family with a longstanding connection to Deer Valley, Eagle’s Nest marks a return to a place shaped by childhood winters beneath Bald Mountain. Now being created for the next generation, the home offers a setting for shared traditions, time outdoors, and seasons spent together. The interiors take on a more masculine character, expressed through substantial materials, deeper tones, tailored detailing, and a restrained sense of warmth. It was such a pleasure to design this couple's space with them. They wanted a room to entertain more and a space that felt comfortable. Their space needed to be both soothing and a fun expression of their personalities. Hers: organic, yet refined and artistic. His: leaning slighting contemporary with a splash of sophistication. These lovely people made us smile often. The couple’s love for art and the search for a perfect rug proved to be the inspiration for the living room, as well as hand blown glass pieces in celadon and blue that you see on the cocktail and end table. A modern home that exudes warmth, gives our homeowners the comfort to ‘do’ life in their space. This professional couple with a young daughter wanted to make their newly-purchased house an expression of their contemporary style, filled with warmth and personality. They didn’t want mix-and-match big-box retailer style and they needed pieces that would hold up to their little one. That’s where Pulp comes in. Beth and Carolina created a design that pushed their style boundaries, taking them from sleek contemporary to warm and modern using pattern, textural elements, and color. Though initially hesitant, some of the items that were the biggest leap of faith (such as the lighting and drapery) have come to be the pieces they love the most. With customized cleanable and wipeable pieces, they and their young one can live life in their space without fear.

Our client was working from home and living only on the first floor of her house, which felt crowded. She had always wanted to create a bedroom upstairs in the unfinished attic. Finishing the attic allowed her to move her bedroom upstairs and make her first-floor bedroom a dedicated office, separating work and living spaces. The attic bedroom suite design with bath features classic finishes like natural oak and white subway tiles, creating a timeless feeling. On-trend plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, and paint colors express her fun personal style.
