On the opposite side of the room from the opening windows is a Andersen 3000 series storm door. The tempered glass window can be lowered and the internally stored insect screen will appear letting air move through for cross ventilation.

The water elements and landscape lighting design for this property add dimension in both the day and evening. The pool is carefully sited to reflect the custom lattice screening, millwork, and elegant planted urn when not in use for swimming, while the tranquility of the spa is enhanced with the sound of water rushing over its custom stone weirs. The design for this formerly cramped, unattractive and unprogrammed roof terrace was approached as an opportunity to create a lush, sophisticated outdoor room. The worn decking was replaced with lightweight slate roof pavers and the preimeter was provided with a fully customized installation of ipe planters, benches, screens and an outdoor kitchen, all precisely tailored to the space. Amazing multi-level deck in warm, rich ipe in Newton, NJ. The first level has large area for grilling and eating. Built-in planters at either end of the the stadium stairs leading to the second level, providing a more intimate cocktail area. The stunning 2 tiered pergola with box lattice provides all the privacy these homowners need to enjoy this luxurious outdoor living space.

Located in Highland Park, Texas just off the Katy Trail, is this outdoor patio project that took a stale, harsh exterior space and turned it into an inviting and private space for the owner to enjoy. The project featured custom planters, led lighting, privacy screen plantings, ipe wood deck and an outdoor fire pit with comfortable exterior furniture for relaxing and entertaining.
