Computer numerical control or CNC machining is an automated manufacturing process used to make components of devices or appliances. It is a subtractive process in which a solid piece of material is carved into a 2D or 3D object of any shape or size. This enables the creation of prototypes for parts and finished products. It also enables automated mass production of parts such as fittings, housings, brackets, gears, fasteners, shafts, electrical contacts, and moulds using specific materials. This process is a quick, safe, versatile, precise, and cost-effective production method. In this bathroom we retained the drop in tub and changed the layout of the shower area. The shower area went from the old plastic pan liner with the nasty molded glass frame with a chrome track. We converted it into a spa type shower with no glass and easy entry from shower to tub for a relaxing whirlpool bath.

Eichler in Marinwood - In conjunction to the porous programmatic kitchen block as a connective element, the walls along the main corridor add to the sense of bringing outside in. The fin wall adjacent to the entry has been detailed to have the siding slip past the glass, while the living, kitchen and dining room are all connected by a walnut veneer feature wall running the length of the house.
