Calacatta marble floor tile was installed in a diamond pattern in the hall bathroom and a coordinating basketweave mosaic was used in the large walk-in shower. We converted a small linen closet to open shelving to make towels and toiletries easily accessible to guests.

Spanning 1,500 square feet with a kitchen, rooftop deck featuring a fire place + barbeque, two bedrooms and a living room, showcasing masterfully designed interiors. Each cottage is named after the islands in Newport Beach and features a distinctive motif, tapping five elite Newport Beach-based firms: Grace Blu Interior Design, Jennifer Mehditash Design, Brooke Wagner Design, Erica Bryen Design and Blackband Design.

A rocker's paradise in the Gallery District of Chelsea, this gem serves as the East Coast residence for a musician artist couple. Taking a modern interpretation of Hollywood Regency style, every elegant detail is thoughtfully and precisely executed. The European Kitchen is appointed with white lacquer and wood veneer custom cabinetry, Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, hand-rubbed brass backsplash, and knife-edge Portoro marble counter tops. Made A Mano custom floor tile, tailor-made sink with African Saint Laurent marble, and Waterworks brass fixtures adorn the Bath. Our Long Island studio designed this jewel-toned residence using a soft blue and white palette to create a classic appeal. In the kitchen, the pale blue backsplash ties in with the theme making the space look elegant. In the dining room, we added comfortable, colorful chairs that add a pop of cheer to the neutral palette. The elegant furniture in the living room and the thoughtful decor create a sophisticated appeal. In the bedroom, we used beautiful, modern wallpaper and a statement lighting piece that creates a dramatic focal point.

This early 20th century Poppleton Park home was originally 2548 sq ft. with a small kitchen, nook, powder room and dining room on the first floor. The second floor included a single full bath and 3 bedrooms. The client expressed a need for about 1500 additional square feet added to the basement, first floor and second floor. In order to create a fluid addition that seamlessly attached to this home, we tore down the original one car garage, nook and powder room. The addition was added off the northern portion of the home, which allowed for a side entry garage. Plus, a small addition on the Eastern portion of the home enlarged the kitchen, nook and added an exterior covered porch. Special features of the interior first floor include a beautiful new custom kitchen with island seating, stone countertops, commercial appliances, large nook/gathering with French doors to the covered porch, mud and powder room off of the new four car garage. Most of the 2nd floor was allocated to the master suite. This beautiful new area has views of the park and includes a luxurious master bath with free standing tub and walk-in shower, along with a 2nd floor custom laundry room! Attention to detail on the exterior was essential to keeping the charm and character of the home. The brick façade from the front view was mimicked along the garage elevation.
