This project features a full garage door opener installation for a homeowner in Wilmette, IL. The existing opener was outdated, noisy, and lacked modern safety features. Our team installed a new smart, quiet, and energy‑efficient opener with Wi‑Fi connectivity, improved lighting, and enhanced security sensors. We completed full setup, remote programming, and system testing to ensure smooth and reliable operation. The upgrade provided the homeowner with a safer, quieter, and more convenient garage door experience.

Solid Apollo LED. For the remodel of this home, the owner wanted to fill the entire living room with energy saving LED lights. Along the unique cove moldings around the ceiling was just enough room to place several spools of warm white LED strip light. The warm white strip light not only increases the amount of light in the room, but it also gives the impression of a taller more airy ceiling. Under the cove moldings are recessed Moon LED lights also in warm white to bring more lighting to the room. The warm white color was chosen as most of the room has cream and wood products, lending itself towards a more brown and amber hue. To control the lights, the LEDWizard Wi-Fi Smartphone and Tablet LED Controller is used for individual control of the LED Strip Light and the Moon LED Lights.

We reimagined a closed-off room as a mighty mudroom with a pet spa for the Pasadena Showcase House of Design 2020. We wanted to give our client the feeling of being in a spa. So we chose colors that would reflect that feeling, warm travertine with hint of aqua. We incorporated a towel warmer and a radiant heating system in the floor that is controlled by a wi-fi programmable thermostat.

Damaged caused by a car that hit the side and corner of the garage. Had to remove and salvage brick (to be reused), support the roof before removing framing of the side wall and front corner of garage. Framed the wall and corner back. Removed existing beam over garage door opening and installed new LVL beams. New insulation in all exterior walls and sheetrock installed. New 20 foot garage door with belt-driven door opener with Wi-Fi capabilities. Removed existing deck and frame, built new deck with all new composite decking. Removed vinyl siding above door, installed new vinyl siding.
