By moving the exterior wall to the patio out two feet, we were able to create an open kitchen/dining/living space in perfect proportion for this mid-century style home. This extra space allowed us to transform the existing galley kitchen into a U-shape with a peninsula bar. The blue base cabinets pack a punch of color, while the white uppers and backsplash create a light and airy space that looks bigger than the actual square footage.

This traditional white bathroom beautifully incorporates white subway tile and marble accents. The black and white marble floor compliments the black tiles used to frame the decorative marble shower accent tiles and mirror. Completed with chrome fixtures, this black and white bathroom is undoubtedly elegant. This space had the potential for greatness but was stuck in the 1980's era. We were able to transform and re-design this kitchen that now enables it to be called not just a "dream Kitchen", but also holds the award for "Best Kitchen in Westchester for 2016 by Westchester Home Magazine". Features in the kitchen are as follows: Inset cabinet construction, Maple Wood, Onyx finish, Raised Panel Door, sliding ladder, huge Island with seating, pull out drawers for big pots and baking pans, pullout storage under sink, mini bar, overhead television, builtin microwave in Island, massive stainless steel range and hood, Office area, Quartz counter top.
