The hall table is a custom made piece design by in collaboration with the interior designer, Ashley Whittaker. The floor has an inlay Greek key border, and the walls are covered hand painted Gracie paper.

A white kitchen with mixed metals and a combination of gray and warm tones were the mandate for this kitchen that served as the hub of the open floor plan modern home. The stainless steel appliances and gold toned pendants, backsplash, and seating are tied together by the marble which has both gray and sienna hues. The custom hood and stainless horizontal feature added interest. This kitchen is also equiped with the latest appliance technology and heated floors for function and comfort.

The guest bathroom received a completely new look with this bright floral wallpaper, classic wall sconces, and custom grey vanity.

This home office was created from an outbuilding on the property. Seagrass wall-to-wall carpet was installed for ultimate durability and a relaxed vibe. We employed a high-low aesthetic to create a space that was unique but still within budget, utilizing the owner's Stickley desk, a custom desk chair, custom blush Roman shades, a Hudson Valley Fenwater chandelier and sconces, and multiple office items from budget sources like IKEA and The Container Store. A few rare vintage 1950s pieces here along with a custom bone inlay starburst table, hand silk-screened draperies, and sofas designed by Melina Copass & Preston Sharp. Due to the challenging long and narrow shape of this room, custom designed sofas, especially a Tete-a-Tete style, were needed to create combination seating for around the fireplace and the adjacent TV wall.
