Serene and inviting, this primary bathroom received a full renovation with new, modern amenities. A custom white oak vanity and low maintenance stone countertop provides a clean and polished space. Handmade tiles combined with soft brass fixtures, creates a luxurious shower for two. The generous, sloped, soaking tub allows for relaxing baths by candlelight. The result is a soft, neutral, timeless bathroom retreat.

The dining room received a glam makeover with the goal to combine the traditional bones of the home with a more modern style of the clients, while also re-purposing several pieces. The custom table top is made from reclaimed wood flooring, laid in a herringbone pattern. The vintage metal chairs were reupholstered in 2 fabrics. The vintage chest was a family piece, and much more traditional than they client's style. However, we mixed the chest with their more modern pieces and picked up the gold accents from the chest on the ceiling and wall. A grey and gold wall paper is framed with gold borders to create a focal wall. A modern take on a traditional crystal chandelier finishes off the room for the perfect blend of styles.

Our client had been living in her beautiful lakeside retreat for about 3 years. All around were stunning views of the lake and mountains, but the view from inside was minimal. It felt dark and closed off from the gorgeous waterfront mere feet away. She desired a bigger kitchen, natural light, and a contemporary look. Referred to JRP by a subcontractor our client walked into the showroom one day, took one look at the modern kitchen in our design center, and was inspired!
After talking about the frustrations of dark spaces and limitations when entertaining groups of friends, the homeowner and the JRP design team emerged with a new vision. Two walls between the living room and kitchen would be eliminated and structural revisions were needed for a common wall shared a wall with a neighbor. With the wall removals and the addition of multiple slider doors, the main level now has an open layout.
Everything in the home went from dark to luminous as sunlight could now bounce off white walls to illuminate both spaces. Our aim was to create a beautiful modern kitchen which fused the necessities of a functional space with the elegant form of the contemporary aesthetic. The kitchen playfully mixes frameless white upper with horizontal grain oak lower cabinets and a fun diagonal white tile backsplash. Gorgeous grey Cambria quartz with white veining meets them both in the middle. The large island with integrated barstool area makes it functional and a great entertaining space.
The master bedroom received a mini facelift as well. White never fails to give your bedroom a timeless look. The beautiful, bright marble shower shows what's possible when mixing tile shape, size, and color. The marble mosaic tiles in the shower pan are especially bold paired with black matte plumbing fixtures and gives the shower a striking visual.
Layers, light, consistent intention, and fun! - paired with beautiful, unique designs and a personal touch created this beautiful home that does not go unnoticed.

Lastly, the primary bathroom received a natural and clean refresh. The light grey subway tiles add the perfect amount of subtle color to this serene bathroom renovation. White honeycomb tiles add a spa-like feeling throughout the entire bathroom. No primary bathroom is complete without the perfect tub for a relaxing night at home. Again, the brass detail of the ink and bathtub hardware gives the most natural and straightforward bathroom warmth and richness.

The dramatic angular ceiling and walls in the master bedroom called for eye-catching treatments. In the nook, by using contrasting colors on the walls and ceiling, the ceiling lines jump out. On the bedroom wall, the height is emphasized by a rustic wood accent wall. And the angeled fireplace wall received a glimmering tile in a harlequin pattern.

This master bathroom received a full remodel. With the tub being removed, the storage expanded and the shower converting to a walk in entry. All of the modern conveniences were added; roll outs in the vanity, a toiletry tower, make up area, shower head and hand held, niche for storage and a shower bench. The warm gold veining in the tile coordinates with the brushed gold fixtures. The oil rubbed bronze fixtures stand out on the pebble tile water fall in the shower. The vanity lights are a mix of the brushed gold and bronze to tie the whole design together.

Lots of treatments went into this 3 bedroom home to acheive an updated cohesive, turnkey, calming environment. Just move-in the furniture, and enjoy!
Ceilings, Window Trims, Baseboards and Doors converted back to the same white throughout the entire house. Significant dents on all trims and sills were filled and sanded smooth. Benjamin Moore "Advance" took care of the existing old oil-base paint on all trims.
Custom-colour-mixed paint applied to all walls after receiving repairs for dents and dings, throughout.
Wallpapers and paper-boarders were removed, and in some areas where wall damage wouldhave been extensive, treated and painted.
All closets, Kitchen cabinets, and bathroom walls painted in durable Benjamin Moore "Advance". Yes even the folding-slide entry-closet door!

This whole house remodel began with the complete interior teardown of a home that sat on a ridge 95' above Christmas Lake. The style mixes East Coast Hampton design with Colorado lodge-inspired architecture. Enhancements to this home include a sport court, movie room, kids' study room, elevator and porches. We also maximized the owner's suite by connecting it to an owner's office. This home's exterior received equally lavish attention, with the construction of a heated concrete paver driveway and new garage, upper level exterior patio, boathouse and even a tram down to the lake.
