The 1,585 SF barn with white board and batten siding and standing seam metal roof features a drive-thru bay along the long axis and a walk-thru cross-axis. The barn has a front porch, a covered implement storage porch, tack room, feed room, and lawn equipment storage room.

Exterior of the house was transformed with minor changes to enhance its Cape Cod character. Entry is framed with pair of crape myrtle trees, and new picket fence encloses front garden. Exterior colors are Benjamin Moore: "Smokey Taupe" for siding, "White Dove" for trim, and "Pale Daffodil" for door and windows.

A very rustic tree house we built in Milroy, PA. The treehouse was framed used rough sawn hickory with rough milled pine siding and cedar post railings. By far the coolest part is the stair way leading up to the tree house. The treads are made of white oak with a cedar truck providing the support. A true woodsman's getaway.

This is the rear of the house seen from the dock. The low doors provide access to eht crawl space below the house. The house is in a flood zone so the floor elevations are raised.
