For this swimming pool renovation in Long Grove, Il we started by building a new pool structure inside an existing steel walled, concrete bottomed pool. We then added a new hot tub with its own dedicated, separate equipment. Both pool and spa received Hartstone coping and Jewelscapes glass bead interior. The pool has a full-end sun shelf in the deep end of the pool and full-end steps in the shallow end. The pool is also equipped with a new automatic cover. The Hot Tub equipment is located in the basement, which provides for year-round operation. Both the pool and the hot tub are controlled by a Pentair Intellitouch system with iPhone interface compatibility.

20 Solar panels of Jinko solar 365 watts installation , with Solar Edge inverter and optimizers. the customer had partial flat roof and partial shingles roof top. we installed a special Chem links on teh flat portion in order to make sure the solar panels attached correctly to the roof and will prevent leakage. the customer has a 0 bill !!! very happy customer !!!!

Custom in-line (for Jewish holiday purposes) retractable roof with fir frame and opaque plexi panels. The roof has 3 sections with 3 panels in each section. Each panel is able to open independently or all at once with a winch. Ready for Sukkot...meaning it is operated by a manual winch, has nothing but wood at the top most point; during sukkot, one can retract the roof and lay bamboo or the like on the wooden frame.
