Inspiration for a mid-sized scandinavian light wood floor and brown floor living room remodel in Montreal with white walls, a wood stove, a stone fireplace and a wall-mounted tv

The theme that this owner conveyed for their bathroom was “Boho Garden Shed”
To achieve that, space between the bedroom and bath that was being used as a walk thru closet was captured to expand the square footage. The room went from 44 sq. ft to 96, allowing for a separate soaking tub and walk in shower. New closet cabinets were added to the bedroom to make up for the loss.
An existing HVAC run located inside the original closet had to be incorporated into the design, so a small closet accessed by a barn style door was built out and separates the two custom barnwood vanities in the new bathroom space.
A jeweled green-blue hexagon tile installed in a random pattern achieved the boho look that the owner was seeking. Combining it with slate look black floor tile, rustic barnwood, and mixed finishes on the fixtures, the bathroom achieved the garden shed aspect of the concept.

These walls used to be beige, we skim-coated them to be smooth and painted them a bright white to open up the space. Adding a large pendant above creates interests and draws your eye up to the tall ceilings.

Home office - mid-sized southwestern concrete floor home office idea in San Diego with white walls

We wanted the bedroom to feel like a calm oasis, so we kept the colors cool and airy, with some unexpected pops of bold color! We layered patterns and textures create an inviting space and our LABLstudio "Racy Lacy" removable wallpaper was the perfect wall covering. Our client had a lot of cool jewelry, so we chose to display it on the animal horns for an interesting touch. We chose cropped curtains to keep the space feeling light and airy.

This 3,569-square foot, 3-story new build was part of Dallas's Green Build Program. This minimalist rocker pad boasts beautiful energy efficiency, painted brick, wood beams and serves as the perfect backdrop to Dallas' favorite landmarks near popular attractions, like White Rock Lake and Deep Ellum; a melting pot of art, music, and nature. Walk into this home and you're greeted with industrial accents and minimal Mid-Century Modern flair. Expansive windows flood the open-floor plan living room/dining area in light. The homeowner wanted a pristine space that reflects his love of alternative rock bands. To bring this into his new digs, all the walls were painted white and we added pops of bold colors through custom-framed band posters, paired with velvet accents, vintage-inspired patterns, and jute fabrics. A modern take on hippie style with masculine appeal. A gleaming example of how eclectic-chic living can have a place in your modern abode, showcased by nature, music memorabilia and bluesy hues. The bedroom is a masterpiece of contrast. The dark hued walls contrast with the room's luxurious velvet cognac bed. Fluted mid-century furniture is found alongside metal and wood accents with greenery, which help to create an opulent, welcoming atmosphere for this home.
“When people come to my home, the first thing they say is that it looks like a magazine! As nice as it looks, it is inviting and comfortable and we use it. I enjoyed the entire process working with Veronica and her team. I am 100% sure that I will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone." Tucker M., Client
