Plunge in your new bath with darling design elements to create a coordinated bathroom with a surprising appeal. Small spaces call for big design details like the ornate turn posts that frame the sink area to create a compelling look for the bath vanity. The decorative toe detail creates a matching set between the mirror, vanity and linen cabinet. Any combination of Dura Supreme’s many cabinet door styles, wood species, and finishes can be selected to create a one-of-a-kind bath furniture collection.
A centered sink basin leaves expansive counter space on both sides of the vanity, while drawer stacks create convenient storage. This luxurious bathroom features Dura Supreme’s “Style Three” furniture series. Style Three offers 15 different configurations (for single sink vanities, double sink vanities, or offset sinks) with multiple turn posts and decorative toe options to create a personal look. On this example, the decorative detailing of the sculpted turned post is a stunning look!
The bathroom has evolved from its purist utilitarian roots to a more intimate and reflective sanctuary in which to relax and reconnect. A refreshing spa-like environment offers a brisk welcome at the dawning of a new day or a soothing interlude as your day concludes.

With amenities that pamper the senses and design elements inspired by luxury spas, bathroom environments are being transformed from the mundane and utilitarian to the extravagant and luxurious.
Bath cabinetry from Dura Supreme offers myriad design directions to create the personal harmony and beauty that are a hallmark of the bath sanctuary. Inspiration for a contemporary living room remodel in Orlando with no fireplace and no tv

Ernesto Santalla was approached to create a new home for two Washington, DC lawyers wishing to downsize their living space. The move took them from a row house in Washington's historic Dupont Circle neighborhood to a two bedroom apartment in the vibrant, up-and-coming U Street Corridor. Our task was to transform a rather plain and generic apartment into a custom, sophisticated space in a few strategic moves. Ceiling details serve to define functional areas of the living space without creating divisions. Changing some doors from wood to frosted glass, creates a sense of continuity between spaces, and allows light to travel between spaces. Lighting was inserted strategically, to enhance certain functions of the home. The kitchen was partially enclosed with a plane of frosted glass to create visual separation from the main living space while still allowing natural light to filter in from the expansive wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. Color was used to reinforce the architectural intent and simplify spaces, such as the entry, which as many doors and frames. Furniture was selected to blend with the client's collection of heirloom pieces, creating a sophisticated juxtaposition. Statement pieces like a ceiling light from Viabizzuno create impact while maintaining the visual simplicity of our minimal approach.

The deep, steely green shades of the Designers Guild Matara Fern dining chair fabric and accent wall behind add an air of sophistication to our raw, industrial-style Soho apartment design, whilst the bookshelf's rich tones echo the magnificent original flooring.

A British colonial teakwood campaign chest of drawers; can be split in two parts for ease of transport. Campaign or “knock down” furniture was portable military furniture and used by British officers when they set out for a campaign in India. However, because campaign furniture was extremely versatile, it also appealed to home owners who appreciated its elegance, strength and ease of storage. Interesting, unique piece paired with a selection of antique maps.

This San Francisco pied-a-tier was a complete redesign and remodel in a prestigious Nob Hill hi-rise overlooking Huntington Park. With stunning views of the bay and a more impressive art collection taking center stage, the architecture takes a minimalist approach, with gallery-white walls receding to the background. The mix of custom-designed built-in furniture and furnishings selected by Hulburd Design read themselves as pieces of art against parquet wood flooring.

The mixture of grey green cabinets with the distressed wood floors and ceilings, gives this farmhouse kitchen a feeling of warmth.
Cabinets: Brookhaven and the color is Green Stone
Benjamin Moore paint color: There's not an exact match for Green Stone, but Gettysburg Grey, HC 107 is close.
Sink: Krauss, model KHF200-30, stainless steel
Faucet: Kraus, modelKPF-1602
Hardware: Restoration hardware, Dakota cup and Dakota round knob. The finish was either the chestnut or iron.
Windows: Bloomberg is the manufacturer
the hardware is from Restoration hardware--Dakota cup and Dakota round knob. The finish was either the chestnut or iron.
Floors: European Oak that is wired brushed. The company is Provenza, Pompeii collection and the color is Amiata.
Distressed wood: The wood is cedar that's been treated to look distressed! My client is brilliant , so he did some googling (is that a word?) and came across several sites that had a recipe to do just that. He put a steel wool pad into a jar of vinegar and let it sit for a bit. In another jar, he mixed black tea with water. Brush the tea on first and let it dry. Then brush on the steel wool/vinegar (don't forget to strain the wool). Voila, the wood turns dark.
