The original plywood doors were "OK" but I wanted something with "stopping power". I was inspired by the university's policy of including art in building projects - so I used that as the driving force for my creative effort. They had to be potently artful but not garnish. I also wanted them to be dynamic rather than static - this glass (irridized fibroid on black cathdral) fit the bill. I looked at many different kinds of glass - the glass also needed to have individuality in each sheet but speak the same language. Kind=f of like looking at a family of individual brothers and sisters and yet you could tell they were from the same family.
Depending on the angle of viewing, and the light source, the doors look dramatically different - I particularity like walking past them and seeing them change as I walk past.
Functionally the pantries are only about 6" deep on the left side and 10" deep on the right. The pantries are organized in categories roughly. The first set of 10" deep cabinets also open to the kitchen - they hold all the baking supplies. The arch is part of an axis from the front to the back of the house.

We used raised panel traditional cabinets as well as a Magma Black granite countertop to assist in this lower-level game rooms aesthetic and function. A new undermount sink, brass faucet, and cabinet pulls made this space more creatively inviting. The gold and black marble backsplash ties in the golds and cherry cabinets seamlessly. We were also sure to include proper cabinet lighting for function and setting the spaces mood.

This amazing renovation focused on solving a series of problems that a previous kitchen expansion had created. By rearranging the appliance placement, updating the cabinetry, designing all new storage solutions and maximizing the amazing outdoor views; we cured the spit personality disorder plaguing the existing kitchen. The home now has a beautifully redesigned kitchen and living space perfect for entertaining, relaxing and enjoying the outside views. Vaulted ceilings with bright skylights, reflective glass wall tiles, sleek sophisticated Cambria quartz counter tops, fingerprint-free faucet, multi-functional Prolific kitchen sink by Kohler, stainless steel appliances, creative storage solutions, all new lighting and timeless shaker cabinets by Wellborn lend to the now bright, open, vivacious and flawless function of this newly renovated galley style kitchen. White base cabinets along the outside walls contrast perfectly with the dark grey island cabinets. Linear satin nickel door and drawer pulls coordinate with the stainless steel appliances and sink. An eclectic blend of vintage and modern furnishings, artwork and rugs create a comfortable balance that feels and looks timeless. Breathtaking backyard views are artfully framed by new Pella windows and doors with integral blinds between the glass. Calm, inviting neutral tones provide the perfect backdrop for this refined design.

The Home
A charming reflection of its surroundings, the farmhouse-inspired Salida appeals to everyone from families with young children to
growing families with teenagers. The home’s well-placed rear-entry garage and oversized front porch provide a warm and welcoming
façade with contrasting board and batten details brimming with curb appeal. Inside, an entry hall flanked on either side by a private
study and powder room expands to an inviting light and bright open-concept design uniting the kitchen, dining and family rooms that
extend entertaining spaces with the adjoining patio. Alternatively, the upstairs provides family members with their own sense of space.
The tranquil owner’s retreat with owner’s bath and spacious walk-in closet is set at the rear of the home and two secondary bedrooms
flanking the full bathroom are ideally located at the front – providing the ultimate in privacy. A second-floor utility room makes laundry
day a breeze. To provide for a growing family and expand the gathering spaces, an unfinished basement offers a wealth of flexibility with the options of a fourth bedroom, third full bath and game room.

The Interior Design
The Salida’s interior design boasts an edgy sensibility with an ivory and gray color palette providing an ideal backdrop to modern decor elements. Soft gray laminate flooring is punctuated by accents of dark gray, white and navy contrasted by pops of lime green for a modern look. Glass elements throughout add to this contemporary impression. At center stage, the kitchen features two-tone cabinetry in slate gray and white complemented by white marbled quartz countertops and twilight blue glass brick-laid tile backsplash. Details like the pencil edge countertops add a modern look. The sophisticated, navy blue theme continues through several spaces, including in the owner’s retreat where pale gray brick-laid subway tile pops against the navy vertical stripe accent with glass mosaic tiles in a herringbone pattern, creating a floor-to-ceiling focal point. The secondary bathroom features a similar memory point with showstopping navy glass tile accents.

This spacious contemporary kitchen comes together with an understated backsplash that's just bold enough to stand out. Set among oversized cabinets and airy open shelving, 2x8 Ceramic Tile in green-grey Driftwood adds a touch of color to command attention in a kitchen with no shortage of attractions.

This main floor remodel in Lenexa, Kansas, was the third phase of a full-home transformation for our longtime clients. After previously renovating their basement and primary bathroom, they invited us back to reimagine the heart of their home with fresh perspective and elevated function.
The entryway was completely transformed from a builder-basic pass-through into a bright, welcoming focal point that sets the tone for the entire main floor. In the kitchen, we reworked the layout to improve flow and maximize storage, while introducing timeless finishes and thoughtful details that now carry throughout the home.
The family room was redesigned to feel warm, cohesive, and connected—complete with custom built-ins and a refreshed fireplace. We also converted the former laundry room into a fully functional prep kitchen, and redesigned the mudroom to meet the demands of daily life without compromising style.
This project reflects a balance of beauty, utility, and personal expression, with every space tailored to support how this family lives and gathers in their home.

Cramped space, narrow doorways, and dated cabinets – that is what the Trupe's had.
The time was right to set a transformation in motion.
The first step was to call Amos from ALL Renovation & Design.
They had been friends for the past 20 years, thanks to a deck he had built for them.
And Amos immediately caught their vision for the kitchen.
More space.
An island for entertainment.
And a striking look.
The Trupe's dream kitchen wasn't going to be without challenges.
The door leading to the outside had to go.
But how to match the 20-year-old siding?
The narrow doorway between the kitchen and the dining room had to go too.
But what to do with the wires in the wall?
And though getting rid of the outside door and the doorway gave more room, how would an island, big enough to be useful, fit?
Space. That was the challenge.
Countless design concepts.
Countless ideas to work through.
From the beginning, Amos committed to the extra mile.
Once the island size and cabinet placement were decided, Amos’s team began work in earnest.
The custom-built oak cabinets with an espresso stain finish were the starting place for the project.
All other colors and materials were chosen to compliment the cabinetry.
Like the Daltile glazed porcelain tile floor in the Saddle Brook style and the Farmhouse color.
The backsplash proved to be a challenge. Have you ever settled on the absolutely perfect option only to find that it is forever discontinued by the manufacturer? That's what happened. Thankfully the Trupe's second choice of Anatolia Bliss Fusion Ice mosaic blended beautifully with the granite countertop.
Amazingly, the team was able to match the 20-year-old siding perfectly.
The corner cabinet took creativity as well. Cutting the corner (literally) did the trick. By adding a corner cabinet and cutting the corner of the island countertop, the Trupe's are delighted to have a usable walkway around the island.
“It sounds trivial,” Mr. Trupe remembers, but, instead of going with a plain side to the wood-work around the fridge, the ALL R&D team suggested matching the detail of the cabinet paneling: “I love it.”
Trivial? Not at all. That is part of making your dreams even better in reality.

The Boulevarde began with an artwork commissioned by the clients from eminent Aboriginal artist BiBi Barba. This artwork influenced the creative process throughout and is etched across its many elements to create a harmony of light and shade when combined with sustainable features such as the Green roof and long cantilevered sections. Working within the confines of a narrow block, the desire was to diverge from the typical and create a home at once distinct and blended with its surrounds. The Boulevarde embodies sustainability in every aspect of its construction. Fully automated yet designed for living. The five-bedroom home is a distinctly modern design letting in light and energy from the outside world to create a seamless sanctuary. From the global first Hydronic heating for the swimming pool to the plant rich Green roof, the house harmonises with its environment collecting rainwater for irrigation, using solar technology to heat the water and also provide free power to the occupants, while using external automatic window shades to moderate interior temperature. The Boulevarde has set new benchmarks for sustainable building in the wider industry. Bespoke, in every element The Boulevarde is an active space designed to enhance daily life. The brilliant result is to the designers and builders testaments.

Welcome to our latest project, where modern elegance meets thoughtful design. Nestled in Clearwater, FL, within the 33756 zip code, this home embodies a perfect blend of contemporary aesthetics and functional living spaces.
From the sleek modern house exterior to the inviting interior, we’ve carefully curated every detail to create a warm and stylish environment. The wooden coffee table and sofa set the stage for relaxation, complemented by sofa cushions and cozy chairs that offer comfort and charm. A beautifully designed carpet anchors the living area, while glass windows frame the stunning outside view, allowing natural light to enhance the space.
In the heart of the home, our kitchen countertops and kitchen cabinet table combine both form and function, featuring elegant tiles floors and modern kitchen accessories. The kitchen sink and tap, kitchen burner, and kitchen oven are thoughtfully selected for both style and efficiency. Adding to the appeal are the kitchen stool chairs at the counter, perfect for casual dining or conversation.
The dining table and dining chairs offer a sophisticated space for meals, surrounded by indoor plants that bring a touch of nature indoors. Ceiling lights and ceiling lamps add a warm glow, enhancing the overall ambiance of the home.
This project showcases our dedication to General Contracting and Home Additions, with a focus on Interior Ideas and Remodeling Ideas that reflect the best of modern design. Our expertise in Custom Homes and creative solutions for Tampa living are evident throughout, making this a space where every detail has been thoughtfully crafted.
