Meaning “line” in Swahili, the Mstari Safari Task Lounge itself is accented with clean wooden lines, as well as dramatic contrasts of hammered gold and reflective obsidian desk-drawers. A custom-made industrial, mid-century desk—the room’s focal point—is perfect for centering focus while going over the day’s workload. Behind, a tiger painting ties the African motif together. Contrasting pendant lights illuminate the workspace, permeating the sharp, angular design with more organic forms.
Outside the task lounge, a custom barn door conceals the client’s entry coat closet. A patchwork of Mexican retablos—turn of the century religious relics—celebrate the client’s eclectic style and love of antique cultural art, while a large wrought-iron turned handle and barn door track unify the composition.
A home as tactfully curated as the Mstari deserved a proper entryway. We knew that right as guests entered the home, they needed to be wowed. So rather than opting for a traditional drywall header, we engineered an undulating I-beam that spanned the opening. The I-beam’s spine incorporated steel ribbing, leaving a striking impression of a Gaudiesque spine.

Our St. Pete studio designed this stunning pied-à-terre for a couple looking for a luxurious retreat in the city. Our studio went all out with colors, textures, and materials that evoke five-star luxury and comfort in keeping with their request for a resort-like home with modern amenities. In the vestibule that the elevator opens to, we used a stylish black and beige palm leaf patterned wallpaper that evokes the joys of Gulf Coast living. In the adjoining foyer, we used stylish wainscoting to create depth and personality to the space, continuing the millwork into the dining area.
We added bold emerald green velvet chairs in the dining room, giving them a charming appeal. A stunning chandelier creates a sharp focal point, and an artistic fawn sculpture makes for a great conversation starter around the dining table. We ensured that the elegant green tone continued into the stunning kitchen and cozy breakfast nook through the beautiful kitchen island and furnishings. In the powder room, too, we went with a stylish black and white wallpaper and green vanity, which adds elegance and luxe to the space. In the bedrooms, we used a calm, neutral tone with soft furnishings and light colors that induce relaxation and rest.

Tucked away in the backwoods of Torch Lake, this home marries “rustic” with the sleek elegance of modern. The combination of wood, stone and metal textures embrace the charm of a classic farmhouse. Although this is not your average farmhouse. The home is outfitted with a high performing system that seamlessly works with the design and architecture.
The tall ceilings and windows allow ample natural light into the main room. Spire Integrated Systems installed Lutron QS Wireless motorized shades paired with Hartmann & Forbes windowcovers to offer privacy and block harsh light. The custom 18′ windowcover’s woven natural fabric complements the organic esthetics of the room. The shades are artfully concealed in the millwork when not in use.
Spire installed B&W in-ceiling speakers and Sonance invisible in-wall speakers to deliver ambient music that emanates throughout the space with no visual footprint. Spire also installed a Sonance Landscape Audio System so the homeowner can enjoy music outside.
Each system is easily controlled using Savant. Spire personalized the settings to the homeowner’s preference making controlling the home efficient and convenient.

Sharp lines and stainless steel fixtures create a contemporary , industrial feel in this spacious kitchen. Built-in European cabinetry in fire engine red with glass fronts create a space with modern, sleek style and personality.

What was formerly the second bedroom, is now a dining/gathering area. The bed was raised into its locked position in the fifth-wheel and can always be lowered should the need arise for more sleeping room. In the meantime, having the table and bench seats creates the perfect space to share a meal, play a game, or plan weekend excursions. This room is now an advantage the client has over your average hotel room when it's being used as a rental on AirBnB. This is now somewhere a person can comfortably enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or plan the next leg of their trip!

Sharp lines and stainless steel fixtures along with the absence of a middle island create an open space with a contemporary, industrial feel. Pops of red in a glass tile backdrop and cabinetry add a modern personality to this very large kitchen.

"The ultimate luxury space, this high-end walk-in closet features lighted shoe storage and an island with built in seating." It also includes our rich, Italian finishes, with decorative glass inserts on the island drawer fronts, accompanied with sharp, glass inserts to showcase the inventory in the rest of the unit.

♦Heck Collection - Using Textilene teak and powder coating colors as a mix it makes the dining chair very outstanding. The open design of the teak side panels allows a full airflow to give the body more chances to breathe. With a sharp color contrast in the sun people can enjoy not only a beautiful sight but also a very warm feeling.

Cozy Chic - While the entire condo is under 1000 sq ft, there's no dearth of chicness. The ultra-modern kitchen has enough room to host an intimate gathering with a large island while it looks sharp with stainless appliances against a backdrop of a darker backsplash. The living room with its vibrant color palette, luxurious rug and comfortable seating continues the theme of intimate conversations in a chic setting.
The artwork in the living room and the bedroom reflects the playful personalities of the owners accompanied by hints of old fashioned charm. The glam bathroom adds a touch of royalty to the entire proceedings with hand-selected mirror, wall paper and sconce lights in the right shades of gold.
The project reflects Spaces Designed's philosophy of designing spaces to not only meet the needs of it's clients but also their personalities and sensibilities. Every space, small or large, has it's own purpose and character - our role is to identify that and meticulously craft the outcome.
