We had our outdated shower transformed into a modern walk-in shower, new custom cabinets installed with a beautiful quartz counter top, a giant framed vanity mirror which makes the bathroom look so much bigger and brighter, and a wood ceramic tile floor including under floor heating. Kerry Taylor also solved a hot water problem we had by installing a recirculating hot water system which allows us to have instant hot water in the shower rather than waiting forever for the water to heat up.
From start to finish TaylorPro did a professional, quality job. Kerry Taylor was always quick to respond to any question or problem and made sure all work was done properly. Bonnie, the resident designer, did a great job of creating a beautiful, functional bathroom design combining our ideas with her own. Every member of the TaylorPro team was professional, hard-working, considerate, and competent. Any remodeling project is going to be somewhat disruptive, but the TaylorPro crew made the process as painless as possible by being respectful of our home environment and always cleaning up their mess at the end of the day. Normandy RemodelingWith complimenting colors, this entertainment space is just as enjoyable to look at as it is to be in. The dark tones warm up the space and can be seen throughout in accent pieces and the large wooden media stand that the TV has been mounted on. Although lacking in natural light, this basement has definitely been brightened up with shimmer, glam and exciting colors.

LED lighting provides shimmer to the glass cabinets and metallic backsplash tile, while a glass and gold chandelier adds drama. Quartz countertops provide ease in cleaning and peace of mind against wine stains. The arched entry ways lead to the kitchen and dining areas, while the opening to the hallway provides the perfect place to walk up and converse at the bar.

TASK
Our international client has asked us to design a 3k sq ft turnkey residence at Jade Signature. The unit on the 50th floor affords spectacular views and a stunning 800 sq ft balcony that increases the total living space.
SCOPE
Britto Charette is responsible for all aspects of designing the 3-bedroom, 5-bathroom residence that is expected to be completed by the end of September 2017. Our design features custom built-ins, headboards, bedroom sets, and furnishings.

Nordby Design, Architecture & Interiors LLCAdding a bit of an industrial flavor to the dining room with limestone/concrete wall treatment. Done by a local Portland artisan. Most of the pieces in the dining room are reclaimed, re purposed, architectural salvage or vintage.
Just the ThingThis tiny bedroom holds nothing more than an upholstered bed and 2 side tables, but reflections, metallic details, and the monochromatic scheme make it look larger. Custom closet doors were designed to look like shoji screens and painted to match the walls. A subtly glimmering textured wallpaper is the backdrop for the nail-head trimmed headboard. Side tables and lamps shimmer in antique silver leaf. Even the bed pillow is made of a metallic linen!
