A neutral colour palette was the main aspect of the brief setting the tone for a sophisticated and elegant home.
We chose to go with a white laundry as it is timeless and classic. This laundry exudes a sense of elegance, cleanliness, and freshness.
The white backdrop elegantly allows the floating timber shelves, the captivating wavy splashback tiles, and the eye-catching brushed gold tapware and handles to take center stage as the focal points of the space.

The bathroom was one of the biggest transformations of this renovation. There used to be a nib wall and boxing around the existing toilet. This was completely removed. The layout also changed. Vanity and toilet swapped locations. The toilet is now located by the window, allowing for a larger vanity with Mirror Cabinet. The client opted for feature tiles to the floor and to feature the shower and vanity walls by using gloss black subway tiles in a herringbone setting. We retained the existing batten walls to again give homage to the existing features of the building.

The Timber Slats with frosted glass inserts are to break up the space and to add a natural element.
The back-to-wall bath has a niche for product storage. This also allows to create a relaxing feel by adding candles and or other accessories.

The entrance door really makes an impact. The glass received a customised print using the latest direct-on-glass digital printing technology.
The koru pattern is a welcoming symbol of unfolding.
The feature wallpaper is Elitis Wallpaper Natives Maori. It runs floor to ceiling over two stories and provides the tone for the upstairs areas.

This family bathroom has an 1800mm long vanity providing ample benchtop space with a lit niche for additional storage. Different tile sizes were used to create interest and feature the different areas.
The tiled shower with the glass screen and door makes the space feel larger.
The back-to-wall bath has a freestanding feel and makes the space feel larger by being able to see to the wall behind. The fittings are gold to offset the white on white textural elements.
