This charming Great Room was transformed into an inviting space for relaxation, reading, and socializing. This north-facing room comes to life with a rich colour scheme that also enhances the rich tones of the hardwood flooring, original to this cozy 1970's bungalow. Gone, however, are the bi-folding closet doors which too were original to the house -- they were replaced with sleek, sliding panels. By the time we were contacted to help our Clients with this decorating project, they had already begun the process, a few months prior, with the purchase of a cocktail table and side table, as well as a ceramic lamp. These accessories served as the starting point for the new room design, while inspiration came from the eclectic art collection that my Clients have acquired over the years, on their travels. This South Shore of Boston client approached the team of Renovisions to remodel her existing basement bathroom. This bath, with an outdated fiberglass shower stall was cracked and leaking into the concrete floor below. The room had inadequate storage, was dark and did not boost this home’s overall market value. It was definitely time for a Renovision and the client was excited to get started! She was looking forward to sharing the new space with guests that stay at her home and use the bathroom often. Working alongside this client was fun and productive as great design and product choices were selected together. In the design process, Renovisions presented a unique idea; using the basement foundation ledge for a shelf that ran into the shower area, gaining extra space for shampoos and soaps, eliminating the need for a niche. Another great idea was to implement a Grohe Smart Control valve which brings this shower experience to another level; they can choose ways to spray with the right degree of warmth. The stunning stream-lined shower trims in brushed nickel finish match the style and finish on the single-lever vanity faucet. The contrasting dark grey, large format porcelain floor tile’s texture resembles a linen-look pattern the client requested while complimenting the darker veining in the quartz curb, shelf and vanity countertop. The Carrera-look porcelain shower wall tiles boast no-maintenance and provides a clean, brighter appeal seen through the beautiful custom shower glass enclosure. We lightened up the bath with a light blue paint color which added a fresh look, giving the illusion of a bigger space. As you can see, with the right colors, textures and accessories, we transformed this basement bath from Drab to Fab. The client was thrilled with her basement Renovision, a true Breath of Fresh Flair’!

Xtreme Renovations just completed transforming a 1915 constructed Master Bathroom into a Modern Transformation for our clients in NW Harris County. The Master Bath had seen several updates throughout its 100 year history. When our clients desired to convert their pervious renovation into their dream Master Bath, they contact Xtreme Renovations and our Team of professionals that includes Design, Quality Craftsmanship and meticulous attention to details to deliver the final product and the ‘Wow Factor’ that Xtreme Renovations is known for. The renovation project required removing an existing window, claw tub, extensive plumbing including moving and install new water and drain lines as well as adding an additional propane hot water heater. Many electrical upgrades were included in this renovation as well as extensive drywall work, painting and exterior siding to match the age of this portion of the home. Our Xtreme Team went to work and presented a design concept that met the needs of our clients and delivered a modern and functional Master Bathroom that completed years of renovation on the Country Home. The project included Custom Built Vanity with full extension soft closing drawers and European hinge soft closing doors. A large shower enclosure was built with corner seating, shower niches, shower wand and stylish tile accents to enhance the shower area. Seamless Glass with heavy duty supports were included in the shower enclosure for ensured safety of our client’s young children and to provide piece of mind and total functionality of the family. The toilet was moved to add space due to the smaller size of this 1915 constructed Master Bath. Recessed LED lighting as well as above vanity light sconces on dimmers completed this amazing transformation.

This traditional farmhouse kitchen was designed by Jeff Eakley in collaboration with Carol Kurth of Carol Kurth Architecture + Interiors and Legacy Construction. The expansive kitchen features Bilotta Collection cabinets in a mix of custom white and blue -grey paint. The farm sink was fabricated in stainless steel and continues as a counter top along the perimeter under the bay windows and stainless was also used on the Wolf range wall. The large island cabinetry is painted in blue-grey and has Carrera Marble countertop with a stainless steel inset border detail. A second sink was added at the island for a family who likes to prep together. The ceiling has reclaimed wood beams to continue the farmhouse aesthetic with pendant lights. This transitional kitchen design in Farmington Hills was done as part of a home remodeling project that also included a beverage bar, laundry room, and bathroom. The kitchen remodel is incorporated a Blanco Precise Siligranite metallic gray sink in the perimeter work area with a Brizo Artesso pull down sprayer faucet and soap dispenser. A 4' Galley Workstation was installed in the large kitchen island and included a Signature Accessory Package. The bi-level island has a raised bar area for seating, an induction cooktop next to the Galley Workstation, plus an end cabinet with extra storage and a wine rack. The custom Woodmaster cabinetry sets the tone for this kitchen's style and also includes ample storage. The perimeter kitchen cabinets are maple in a Snow White finish, while the island and bar cabinets are cherry in a Peppercorn finish. Richelieu hardware accents the cabinets in a brushed nickel finish. The project also included Caesarstone quartz countertops throughout and a Zephyr hood over the island. This spacious kitchen design is ready for day-to-day living or to be the heart of every party!
