This Family Room Media Center features a front projection video system and screen that will display Satellite TV, Blu-Ray discs and AppleTV for streaming Netflix programming. Complemented with a Dolby Surround Sound System this home owner can enjoy any programming choice in style.

Since the house has a view of Puget Sound, we created a dramatic, water inspired Powder room. Sandwiched between a stairwell and exterior wall, the only option to update this narrow space was to replace materials & plumbing. By installing a wall hung toilet and shallow wall hung vanity, we were able to make this narrow space feel larger. Using white modern sleek plumbing we were able to use dark accent colors to create a soothing space. Touched off with cascading amber glass lighting giving warmth to the cool palette.

Inspiration for a timeless exterior home remodel in New York

We lifted this house several feet in the air, and reworked all the interior spaces to accommodate three private guest suites, each complete with their own bathroom. The beachy, casual vibe carries throughout the spaces, thanks to the owners' (an architect/artist duo) creative vision. This corner water feature is sited to seen and enjoyed from the outside and the inside. It can be viewed easily through the windows of the home. The windows can also be opened to allow the splashing sound of the water through the open windows. The design of this water feature allows the falling water to hit rocks and water that provide for varied sound effects.
