Jargon 101: Typically nickel gap is a shiplap pattern. For Kelly we went with a tongue and groove pattern. We milled a micro bevel or micro V to get the shadow line but the fact that it was Tongue and Groove allowed her builder to hide the nail during installation which creates a cleaner finished look. ********************************************************************* Transitional open living room featuring white painted wood paneling and medium hardwood floors. A view through the garden rooms, a gravel path leads through to the many spaces. The path is lined with cushwa brick outlining the spaces. The new pantry is located where the old pantry was housed. The exisitng pantry contained standard wire shelves and bi-fold doors on a basic 18" deep closet. The homeowner wanted a place for deocorative storage, so without changing the footprint, we were able to create a more functional, more accessible and definitely more beautiful pantry!
