The cabana was placed at the end of the pool to provide opportunities for a quiet, romantic getaway. The cabana is enclosed by block wall with an ipe wood veneer. Horizontal shudders are also of ipe. They allow for privacy with air movement (notice the angle of the shudder will not allow visibility into the cabana). The double fabric cabana is grey on the exterior with a white interior. A simple ceiling fan and light illuminates the entire space. The fireplace is precast concrete. It is natural gas with an internal ventilation system. The shower, also shown, is located just to the right of the cabana.

Hired mid demolition, Regan Baker Design helped transform this tech and game savvy family of 4 in need of assistance with the design of their newly purchased Glen Park home. RBD finalized finishes, furniture and installation after 8 months of rebuilding their their 2 story, 3 bedroom 3 bath + Family room home. Finishes, fixtures, custom millwork and furniture were selected to reflect the cat and kid-friendly family, as well as a ton of closed built-in storage for the very well organized family. This lovely transitional home in Minnesota's lake country pairs industrial elements with softer formal touches. It uses an eclectic mix of materials and design elements to create a beautiful yet comfortable family home.

The magnificent Villa de Martini is a Mediterranean style villa built in 1929 by the de Martini Family. Located on Telegraph Hill San Francisco, the villa enjoys sweeping views of the Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco Bay, Alcatraz Island, Pier 39, the yachting marina, the Bay Bridge, and the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge. This exquisite villa is on a triple wide lot with beautiful European-style gardens filled with olive trees, lemon trees, roses, Travertine stone patios, walkways, and the motor court, which is designed to be tented for parties.
