RenovisionsThe owners of this outdated 1960’s kitchen were ready for a change and sought out Renovisions after seeing one of their eye-catching ads in South Shore Living Magazine. It was time to start fresh with a cleaner and brighter look with more functional storage. The professionals at Renovisions worked as a team to accommodate their wishes while being mindful of their existing traditional styled furnishings.
Keeping a similar layout, the old cabinets, flooring, countertops, door, window and appliances were removed as well as the wall between the kitchen and dining room to accommodate additional cabinets while creating an L for more useful countertop space. Replacing the worn stained wooden door and double hung window with a new prairie-style window and breezeway door in white finish was the first order of business. By replacing the tired vinyl floor with new oak wood floors the space became warm & inviting. The beautiful new white painted shaker-style cabinets look fabulous with the natural ivory-tan blend granite countertops and sleek stainless steel appliances. Simple, yet elegant white subway tiles provide a serene and open feel to the space. Creating a small niche area behind the slide-in range was also at the top of our clients list to accommodate the spices they use daily, turning an ordinary look to extraordinary.
Pesto change-o, as if by magic Renovisions transformed this dated tight-fit kitchen into a warm and inviting better functioning space that is definitely pleasing to the eyes of these homeowners who are thrilled with the end result and grateful for the high quality work along with the professional manner in which their project was completed.

Archadeck of AustinThis pergola was custom-designed to cover the homeowners’ existing semi-circle patio. We performed a “dry fit” with materials laying atop the patio to ensure that the end result was perfectly-sized and proportionate to the patio. This South Austin family needed protection from the hot evening sun, so we topped the radius cedar pergola with tightly-fit wood slats for optimum sun protection. We attached the pergola with a bracket system, which will encourage rainwater to flow down the ledger into the gutters. The pergola was finished with rustic brown stain for a rich, saturated color aesthetic.

Hullcothe homeowners had an aged, wooden entry to with stairs to their front door. Nails were exposed, and the wood was not in great condition. The same goes for their back deck. Although it had once been a nice size with multiple levels, they wood was aged and weathered and in major need of an update. Instead of a simple replacement, they decided to install composite and aluminium decking and rails to the front and add on a large screen room to the back.
The front steps are made of Fiberon composite decking in Chestnut with Westberry Aluminum handrails in black. Fiberon composite decking is durable, beautiful, and low maintenance. Guaranteed not to warp, crack or split, this decking material can be counted on to stand the test of time and weather.
The homeowners chose to use a treated wood for the decking and stairs that accompany their screen room. The screen room is framed in Sandstone aluminum framing that won't rot or warp. The tight fitting screen is in Charcoal and will keep out bugs and rain. This screen room was a completely new build, including the gabled roofing that was tied into the existing shingled roof. The finished entry and screen room make beautiful additions to this home.

At 166 sq ft, the size of the living/sleeping area in this studio apartment was quite challenging. We made it work by taking careful dimensions of the space as well as every piece of furniture before purchasing. Even the height of the printer mattered as it had to fit between the filing cabinet and the desk. The busy student who lives here had two primary needs: sleeping and studying. Upon completion we felt we met those needs quite well.
