The attic in this Victorian seaside house was massively renovated to make a guest room that takes full advantage of all the roof lines and dormers. The fir matchboard ceilings and hickory floors make this space old and new at the same time. In other words, timeless!

Designing a whole home remodel for a client’s second home was an exciting opportunity to create a space that felt both welcoming and timeless. The clients wanted a space that felt light, bright, and timeless. We focused on an open-concept layout, maximizing natural light and incorporating soft, neutral tones that complemented the desert landscape. The main showstopper of the home was the kitchen, which the family considered the heart of the home. Featuring high-end finishes, the kitchen became a space for both cooking and gathering, designed for both functionality and elegance. Thoughtful touches, such as custom cabinetry, integrated appliances, and custom hood, helped elevate the entire space, making it a true focal point. With a thoughtful blend of modern design and classic touches, the remodel was tailored to ensure the space could grow with the family and become a place they would cherish and enjoy for years to come.

Expanding on this American homes high pitched brick facade we kept to the owners love and appreciation of traditional heritage styling. Room after room there are inspirational vignettes and details utilized to build a narrative of refinement and Classic timeless beauty. Those details include hardwood floors throughout the homes two floors, flared stair entries, elaborated cased openings and unique dining spaces. Deeply flawed original rooms such as the kitchen, master bath and breakfast room were completely re-imagined

The 2021 Southern Living Idea House is inspiring on multiple levels—from the stunning location in Louisville, Kentucky overlooking the Ohio river, to the design-driven home that marries European countryside vibes with a timeless aesthetic. Dubbed the “forever home,” the concept was to design for all stages of life, with thoughtful spaces that meet the ever-evolving needs of families today. The 5,545-square-foot, Colonial Greek Revival Cottage-style home is located in The Breakers at Prospect community and is the collective effort of many. While it may have formerly been a trend to embrace open layout living spaces, following the pandemic families are seeking spaces in the home that feel separated, to allow for privacy. Rooms with clear intentions allow more options for areas in which to spend time, depending on your mood, and this home perfectly balances livable and lively ideas. Marvin products were chosen for this project to maximize the use of natural light, allow airflow from outdoors to indoors, and provide expansive views that overlook the Ohio River. Inspiration for a large timeless kitchen remodel in Boston with white cabinets and an island

This custom bathroom vanity was designed to feel rich, luxurious, and timeless through a carefully layered combination of warm materials, tailored detailing, and elevated craftsmanship. The vanity cabinetry features a rich dark brown stain applied to a custom double-beaded shaker profile, adding depth, sophistication, and a furniture-like quality to the space. Bright brass hardware and luxurious brass plumbing fixtures introduce warmth and refinement, creating a striking contrast against the darker wood tones while enhancing the overall sense of elegance. A honed quartz countertop and backsplash bring softness and subtle movement to the design. To further elevate the space, the backsplash was extended to 8 inches high — double the standard height — creating a more custom and luxurious feel while also providing added durability and visual impact. The backsplash edge was finished with a gentle curve detail that softens the linearity of the vanity and adds another thoughtful layer of craftsmanship. Above the vanity, custom medicine cabinets were designed to seamlessly coordinate with the vanity cabinetry, creating a cohesive and integrated architectural look. Tall proportions, layered lighting, and reflective surfaces help the room feel bright, balanced, and elevated while maintaining a timeless aesthetic that will endure for years to come.
