This remodel went from a tiny story-and-a-half Cape Cod, to a charming full two-story home. The mudroom features a bench with cubbies underneath, and a shelf with hooks for additional storage. The full glass back door provides natural light while opening to the backyard for quick access to the detached garage. The wall color in this room is Benjamin Moore HC-170 Stonington Gray. The front entry room is the original house - renovated - and we added 1600 sf to bring the total up to 2100 sf. The house features an open floor plan, large windows and plenty of natural light considering this is a dense, urban neighborhood.

This large deck in Bernardsville, NJ features low maintenance TimberTech decking and a Fiberon rail with black round aluminum balusters. The rail also features low voltage LED post caps. The underside of the deck is waterproofed to create a dry space for entertainment. A gutter is hidden inside the beam wrap to carry water away from the house. The underside of the stairs are enclosed for storage.

Custom Cabinetry Creates Light and Airy Kitchen. A combination of white painted cabinetry and rustic hickory cabinets create an earthy and bright kitchen. A new larger window floods the kitchen in natural light.
