This antique dealer wanted a kitchen that was functional and neutral but wanted something that looked like it was always there. We chose Koch Classic Cabinets with the Norfolk door style in Rustic Beech. Pearl on the perimeter kept the space light and Black on the island grounded the center. A rub thru technique was done on the cabinets to give it a warn look which was also enhanced by the knots in the Rustic Beech wood. Designed by Erin Hurst, CKD. Cambria Quartz was done by Smokey Mountain Tops.

A home library is a dream, especially of it's can manage cozy and classy like this one. Coffered ceilings and walls of wood bookshelves in rich warn tones grab you and draw you in while the overstuffed leather chairs beg you to stay and curl up with a good book.

This is the milchik run in this kosher kitchen. At the far left is a pantry cabinet with some Pesach storage above — and a baby lock to warn passers-by to keep out!
There is a second trash can here, also open, which is how the homeowners like it.

This house had been severely neglected and not maintained at all by past tenants. The homeowner asked if we could restore her house. This project was a complete refresh that started with removing everything from inside the home. The old warn out carpet was removed and throughout the whole house Luxury vinyl tile that is waterproof, and dent and scratch resistant was installed. The outdated wood paneling was replaced, and holes patched and textured and then painted with a modern paint color. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated with epoxy counter tops, new cabinets and fixtures.

After! This beautifully updated kitchen features painted cabinetry, a new custom island, new appliances, new open access to the adjacent family room, a white subway tile backsplash in a herringbone pattern, a marble quartz countertop, black and white porcelain tile and a soft gray paint. The modern traditional pendant lights add a touch of whimsy.

Cochrane Floors & More - A sense of calm and earthly materials were key components for these clients. Having always resided in the Mountain areas, their love of stone was incorporated through the home in varying degrees. This ensuite was softened with a warn travertine looking Porcelain tile accented tasteful with this warm stone and glass mosaic. Thanks to the rich Emperador dark marble, the oil rubbed bronze fixtures and tile trim really pop!
