We worked with Amy and Kirsten of Eden Garden Design on the design and installation of our garden. What was once an eyesore with negative curb appeal was transformed into a Garden of Eden including a pond, a sculptural ornamental tree that Dr. Suess would be proud of, lush greens and purples and a delightful, interesting mix of textures and materials. Truly a work of art. From design through installation Kirsten and Amy were professional and response. Their installation team was a delight to work with. Creative design, professional installation, can’t ask for more.

I'm a fruit tree consultant and I consulted for them on an orchard that they designed. Their orchard design is stunningly beautiful and creative. They followed the wisdom of nature and created soil berms following the contours of the land to optimize water savings. I think the fact that they hired a consultant to get advice on their project shows that they care about details and want to get the best possible results for their customers. I have also seen one of their landscapes installed in South Austin and it is a colorful haven for butterflies and humans alike. My experience with them was top notch, they were professional and easy to get ahold of via phone, text and email. I could tell that they are passionate about what they do and certainly capable of creating beautiful spaces.

We worked with Sarah and Amy on an extensive outdoor project, and we are thrilled with the results. It looked great when it was first installed and looks even better now 2 years later as everything has grown in. All of the hardscape is still perfect and the plants they recommended are still thriving. I was adamant about not wanting the traditional 'xeroscaping' that is all over ATX. I showed them my extensive Pinterest outdoor page and they really listened and told me what wouldn't work in our harsh climate and why. They took my ideas/likes and created a very unique look. People are always stopping by our house and taking pictures and asking about the unique plants/flowers that were used. Also, they finished the project in the time frame and budget they proposed. There were no hidden surprises, and they are great communicators. They were personally at the site when much of the work was done. Highly recommend!

I worked with Eden Garden Design 4 years ago for help with several backyard areas that needed attention. Their designs were simply wonderful, both aesthetically and functionally. Due to budget constraints, we ended up doing only one of the three projects Amy and Sarah designed for us, but hope one day to finish the remaining ones. These ladies are inspired designers and consummate professionals. They had complete control of the project from start to finish, hired top-notch subs for lighting and irrigation and used exceptional materials throughout. I recommend them without reservation for any size project.

Lisa & Sara are top notch! I would not hestiate to hire them. The design process is creative and interactive; the execution flawless; and the end product appropriate to the challenging environmental conditions of living in Austin and the surrounding Hill Country. The landscaping for our shop is stunning! Amy and Sarah worked with us to create a space that catered to all of the needs we had for the space (parking & event space, a cohesive facade & low maintanance/drought friendly plants) as well as maintaining our own identity with custom metal work and creative touches. Practical, yet very creative design with excellent plant selections and striking hardscape details. Very pleased with end product and would certainly use them again. Construction coordination with other contractors on-site proved difficult. Owner input during construction for adjustments/modifications was avoided and resisted.

Eden has been a partner in several projects where arborist and tree care services were needed to complete their design. The professionalism and quality of their work is exceptional. As an arborist, i always am respectful of designers that put the trees upfront in their process. I personally was particularly impressed with their capacity to merge the clients needs with the functions and plant palette and come out with a project that works and has character. Very few firms seem to be able to achieve this. Try them!
