The stunning ocean view was the focal point and design inspiration for this modern Singer Island galley kitchen executed in hi gloss white lacquer. The 2½” thick white Cesarstone counter tops waterfall at the end towards the balcony overlooking the ocean. The appliances are in stainless with matching cabinet hardware pulls mounted horizontally. The left hand side upper cabinets and counter top cabinets have white frosted glass inserts. The distinctive ceiling detail with LED spot and indirect lighting was designed in combination with the kitchen.

A retro 1950’s kitchen featuring green custom colored cabinets with glass door mounts, under cabinet lighting, pullout drawers, and Lazy Susans. To contrast with the green we added in red window treatments, a toaster oven, and other small red polka dot accessories. A few final touches we made include a retro fridge, retro oven, retro dishwasher, an apron sink, light quartz countertops, a white subway tile backsplash, and retro tile flooring. A simple front facade consisting solely of ten-foot shuttered French doors radiates elegance in this new traditional foursquare home in Washington, D.C. Featured in Country Living magazine, the airy plan offers spaciousness in a limited-fronted site of the American foursquare house. The goal for the design was creating a contemporary foursquare style house. The family room and kitchen of this American foursquare interior are separated by a glassy built-in rather than walls, encouraging visual connection between the spaces in the four square house. Though nestled in the city, this American foursquare home feels like a classic country home.

This transitional-style kitchen blends bold color choices with timeless elegance. The navy blue lower cabinets and full-height pantry units create a striking contrast against the crisp white upper cabinets, while brushed brass hardware adds a touch of sophistication. A natural stone island countertop with rich veining serves as a focal point, complemented by sleek white quartz countertops and a full-height quartz backsplash for a clean, cohesive look.

The original breakfast room was removed and the corner corner squared off a the site of the new sink. The removal of the wall dividing the kitchen and dining areas allowed the kitchen to expand and accommodate the open concept floor plan. The result is an amazingly comfortable & beautiful space in which to cook & entertain.

This Cardiff home remodel truly captures the relaxed elegance that this homeowner desired. The kitchen, though small in size, is the center point of this home and is situated between a formal dining room and the living room. The selection of a gorgeous blue-grey color for the lower cabinetry gives a subtle, yet impactful pop of color. Paired with white upper cabinets, beautiful tile selections, and top of the line JennAir appliances, the look is modern and bright. A custom hood and appliance panels provide rich detail while the gold pulls and plumbing fixtures are on trend and look perfect in this space. The fireplace in the family room also got updated with a beautiful new stone surround. Finally, the master bathroom was updated to be a serene, spa-like retreat. Featuring a spacious double vanity with stunning mirrors and fixtures, large walk-in shower, and gorgeous soaking bath as the jewel of this space. Soothing hues of sea-green glass tiles create interest and texture, giving the space the ultimate coastal chic aesthetic.
