This kitchen remodel features Medallion Gold Wallace flat panel cabinets in a crisp White Icing painted finish, beautifully complemented by a dramatic Stanisci Black Magic range hood. Classic Manhassett colonial, need an updated kitchen with an open feeling. We met the bill with a GalleyWorkstation on the island , as well as an induction cooktop, alowing multiple family members to cook. Additionally a special BEN Moore Paint on the island and Pantry added just enough transitional flavor to make this kitchen end up looking fabulous.

In this kitchen we updated the existing cabinetry with new Top Knobs Edwardian Lund Pulls & Knobs. A Distressed Medallion Designer Maple Island in Black Heirloom with caffe glaze was added to accent the room. Instead of a typical sink an undermount 4’ Galley workstation was installed. Accessories for the Galley included an upper tier cutting board, an 11” bowl, an 11” colander, 1 lower tier platform with cutout for bowl/colander, 1 lower tier platform and a galley drain rack. For the faucet, we installed a new Delta Pilar Single Handle Pull Down faucet with Touch 20 Technology in brushed nickel and a drinking water faucet. A new 3cm Cambria Quartz countertop in Canterbury color was installed. The backsplash is 4x4 San Mateo honed tumbled tile with San Mateo pencil molding and San Mateo 2x2 rope border behind the range accented with 1x1 Sonoma glass tiles in Hemp color.

This project was a bump out addition that added four feet of width to the kitchen. The extra width allowed the addition of the island with Cherry cabinetry and a Walnut face grain wood counter-top. The perimeter cabinets are solid color of tinted conversion varnish with a brown glaze. With no upper cabinets we were able to create a kitchen with plenty of natural light. Storage is maximized with several pantry cabinets on the opposing wall. The counter-tops are economical Carrara Marble.

The renovation of this kitchen gave the homeowners a space that is refreshingly lighter and brighter: from dark cherry cabinets to rift cut white oak cabinets, from black granite to Taj Mahal quartzite countertops. Now practical in its flow, our kitchen design dramatically improved the functionality of the space as well as the amount of storage. All the cabinets in this kitchen and dining room renovation are Grabill Custom Cabinetry. The sparkling quartzite countertops are Taj Mahal, and the backsplash from Thomas Brick is called Windrift. The Galley Workstation and Dresser in Lapis are stunning! The appliances are from Sub-Zero Wolf, and the floor that ties it all together is Cumberland White Oak from local manufacturer Sheoga.

Studio 76 Kitchens & Baths' designer completed this transitional kitchen remodel in white, gray and greige colors. The kitchen features Studio 76 Home frameless cabinetry in white and gray. The appliances are Sub-Zero and Wolf. The sink is The Galley Workstation and Zip Hydrotap. The countertops and slab backsplash are Calacatta Vittoria, an engineered quartz by Envi.
