“Two years ago, Sanza Homes completed a full renovation of our house, including the main and second floors. And I have intentionally waited before writing this review to ensure the workmanship and finishes held up over time prior to sharing my thoughts. Overall, their excellent work continues to impress and I remain very happy to have worked with them on this project!! As for the team, Sep and Saeed are amazing professionals who genuinely care about keeping their clients happy and delivering high-quality results. What continues to stand out for me is their ability to provide thoughtful options around every decision. Whether we needed to reinforce joists, update a design element, or bring in an unexpected subcontractor, they always had a clear point of view and explained the implications of each option. This approach helped us make good decisions, and there was never an issue they hadn’t seen before or couldn’t navigate. Based on this, they remain one of the most knowledgeable and capable teams we have ever worked with, and I recommend them with complete confidence. As for the finished product, rather than me describing everything, I’ve included some pictures that speak for themselves. Everything has held up beautifully since the work was completed in mid-2024, and we are so happy to come home to their beautiful work every day. And when a small issue has come up, it has always been handled with a quick phone call to either of them. Great work and great service! Overall, these guys know what they’re doing, and they do it well. If you’re considering a renovation, the Sanza Homes team is an outstanding choice who deliver outstanding work!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or their team, and I would certainly work with them again!!”

“We have had the pleasure of working with Phil Lamadeleine and his team at Custom CADD for over 15 years, and I can say without hesitation that he is one of the best in the business. As interior designers working on high-end custom homes and renovations, we rely heavily on the quality of the architectural drawings we receive. Phil’s plans are exceptionally accurate, thorough and easy to read. They follow industry standards, contain the level of detail builders and trades actually need, and most importantly, they can be confidently built from. Phil also brings an incredible depth of knowledge to every project. His understanding of the Ontario Building Code and local authorities is exceptional, including the complexities of conservation authorities and Lake Simcoe shoreline properties. When something complicated comes up, Phil is someone you want at the table. But what has kept us working with Phil goes well beyond his technical ability. He is a genuine team player who always has the client’s best interests at heart. He listens to the designer, builder and trades, and there is simply no ego involved. He is responsive, approachable, friendly and just a great guy to work with. His team deserves mention as well. Many of the people working with Phil have been with him for more than a decade. In our industry, that says a lot about the kind of person he is and the business he has built. I’m excited to see Phil bring his years of experience into Lamadeleine Design and this next chapter of his business. And perhaps the strongest recommendation I can give: Phil designed my own home. I trusted him with my house, and if I ever build another one, Phil will absolutely be the person I call. After more than 15 years of working together, I couldn’t recommend Phil and his team more highly.”

“We are extremely satisfied with Gabriele who designed our home and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented and dedicated professional. From the beginning of the project to its completion, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for our needs and vision. He was always easy to communicate with, taking the time to listen to our ideas, answer our questions, and provide thoughtful guidance throughout the design process. His expertise and creativity helped transform our ideas into a beautiful and functional home that exceeded our expectations. What stood out most was his commitment to ensuring we were comfortable and confident every step of the way. His responsiveness, patience, and caring approach made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Without a doubt, he was worth every penny. We are grateful for his outstanding work and couldn't be happier with the result.”
