“Kate and Mo are an absolute godsend. We were in the planning stages of our home construction, with funding timelines looming, when our architect took ill and had to drop out. We were frantic and everyone we talked to was unwilling or unable to take on our project. Every plan checker who looked at the plans were very impressed by them. I got them approved over the counter which shocked my dad who is a general contractor and thought it was a big enough project that it would require longer approval.
