“My husband and I hired Renee at RAW Design & Consulting for purposes of planning and designing a partial renovation of our 1950's home in Miami, Florida. We were relocating our kitchen and adding a bathroom to our 3/2, along with some other superficial changes. “We hired Designlink Architecture to renovate our 1980's home. Nothing has been done since it had been built, and though the bones were good, it was dark, chopped up, with very poor room flow. Debra Weisberg, Architect, removed several walls and created new spaces for laundry, kitchen and master bathroom.
Debra presented her proposal in such a manner that we knew exactly what our costs were going to be. No hidden costs.
At our request, Designlink assisted us with the contractor's bid analysis. She then worked with the selected contractor throughout the entire remodel.
We also utilized her interior decorating abilities. We found this internal capability a bonus.
She is a good listener and is able to put your thoughts to paper and design.
We are very happy with the work Designlink has done and we would highly recommend them.
