“My recommendation to Impala Stone came through a work contact within the construction industry. From my initial conversation to get a quote, through to visiting their showroom, templating and installation, all stages were stress free and very professional. Having sent enquiries for our numerous surfaces to 5 stone suppliers, Impala were the most cost competitive for the product we were interested in (Silestone Lagoon), but unfortunately still over our budget. It was very evident that whilst Impala is a small family run workshop, the team are very knowledgeable about their product range and capabilities, and that gives excellent customer experience. As my recommendation came from a commercial joinery manufacturer & installer, I knew that they would only purchase stone counters from Impala if the finished installation quality was up to scrutiny. A visit to their showroom to look at all products available including cheaper alternatives proved invaluable, and well worth the effort. Once we could see all the suitable products available to us, Phoebe revisited our quote, and with negotiation with their supply chain, enabled a significant saving over their original offer and got our preferred product within our budget. We placed our order there and then with deposit taken whilst still in their showroom. Templating was done within 5 days, and installation followed only 3 days later, which was a real bonus as all the other companies we had approached quoted upwards of 3 weeks for the total process from order to install. The finished product is excellent in every respect, with the transitions between counter tops and splashback/upstands perfectly coordinated. The templating and fitting was very conscientious, and all those visiting our property went out of their way to ensure the end result was flawless.
