Fence Companies & Installers Near Davis

“After touring some new build homes in some other communities I had an idea of what I wanted and Thom helped me expand on that and made the vision we had come to life. I wanted a water feature that was the focal point and after discussing it with Thom he steered me in a different direction that worked perfect for the space and overall design. He understands materials, sizing, placement and function in ways that I don't so with his guidance and expertise we trusted his suggestions. Thom was part of the entire process down to taking me to local landscape material stores and walking me through options to help me select the right materials and items for my yard. He doesn't just design the yard, he manages the project, communicates regularly, and even read through our design guidelines and helped put together our submittal packet to our HOA and worked directly with the Architectural Committee to get it approved. Every aspect of my front and backyard landscaping has a thoughtful design or reason for it. I redid my landscaping in my last house and having someone who actually designs the yard and does things intentionally makes a huge difference. Thom has also continued to check in and stop by to make sure everything is growing how it should and that our plants are being properly watered and have helped us adjust accordingly. He truly cares about your overall happiness and wants to ensure your investment is properly cared for. My wife and I couldn't be happier with how our landscaping and outdoor space came out.”

“We had a great experience with AJ's Landscaping & Outdoor Construction and it's entire team! They really listened my priorities and needs and always tied their recommendations. We are very happy with the outcome. Keep up the great work.”

“Paul's work in our backyard was very well done. He communicated with us regularly. He immediately sent someone back for a small adjustment to sprinkler work when we asked. The work was to take out an old backyard lawn and install a new one. The new lawn was smaller than the old one to save some water. We additionally had Paul and his guys build 4 raised garden beds to our measurements and add PVC sprinkler lines to them with the plan being that I would create the drip line irrigation when I was ready to plant. Again, Paul's was very good. Only a short year or two earlier, a different contractor had needed to modify an edge of the grass when he installed a split-rail fence. The lawn border was very crooked. Paul's guys did a great job of making better lines all the way around the new lawn, including a better job on that previously messed up edge. The raised beds are very nicely done. It was easy for me to put in my drip line when I was ready. I would both recommend Paul's team's work and I may very well use them again someday.”
