General Contractors Near Avonlea

“Built a home in the 2019 year and it was an excellent experience. I built a two story, in-fill in a developed neighborhood. I felt supported and heard by the team. I would build with them again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to build. Their project manager Joel Switzer was fantastic, calm, kind and a trouble shooter. Their software is also incredibly useful as well as their pre-selection work they have the home owner do to truly understand what the homeowner is wanting.”

“Sarah and Stacey worked on the renovation of my home. I didn't know what to expect at first, but I quickly realized hiring them was the best decision I made for my renovation. They listened to my ideas on style, materials, and colours and translated them into perfect choice options for flooring, cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, paint, lighting, furniture, etc, all while staying within my budget. They made the material choices very easy. After the design phase was over, Stacey acted as the Construction Manager, and she was absolutely brilliant in this capacity. Stacey developed a reasonable timeline and all the trades stuck to it. Stacey dealt with construction issues promptly and professionally. I lived at home during the construction/renovation, and it wasn't too bad at all. Stacey ensured my home was tidy at the end of every day and the dust was minimized as much as possible. In the end my home is a perfect reflection of my style and personality. I am so pleased with the renovation. Thank you Sarah and Stacey! You both are so talented and a pleasure to work with. You did an amazing job!”

“Collier Custom Carpentry has done a couple jobs for us in the past. Most recently they installed a plug in our home. It was flawless - you can't tell that it was not original. In fact he cleaned up so well you would never know he was there - big bonus points from the wife. He has done other work for us stairs at our cabin etc. I think what impresses us the most is he is punctual (he shows up when he says he will), he completes the job on time, and perhaps the best thing is he is one budget or under budget. If you work with contractors you know that these are rare and desirable qualities. When we need something done around our home or cottage we call Daniel. We don't price shop as the punctuality, craftmanship, and attention to detail far outweight any savings we might find shopping around.”
