General Contractors Near Libby

“The Hunter Company I am Kevin McClain, president of McClain Roofing Inc. I have been a roofing contractor since August 1991 and started installing roofs for the Hunter Company near that time. It is always a pleasure doing a project with Steve Alberson. He is very organized. Inspections are passed and jobs are ready when he says they will be. He is easy-going, and a good communicator. The Hunter Company's range seems unlimited. I've installed roofs at million dollar ground up waterfront homes to room additions to patios. I've never turned down work from them. Besides being paid quickly, which I appreciate, job sites were a pleasure to be present on. I highly recommend the Hunter Company to anyone inquiring and I am available anytime as a verbal reference. Sincerely, Kevin McClain”

“I have worked on many projects with Jeff over the last 10 years and have always been impressed with his organization skills and attention to detail. Jeff always makes the building experience smooth and stress free for the client and the crews working on the project.”

“You hear horror stories all the time about builders. Not at all my experience with Tobacco Valley. Our home was done on time, on budget and with so little stress. I can't focus on that enough. The process was, dare I say wonderful. I would build with Keith and his crew any time. My house turned out EXACTLY like my dreams. I love these guys. Some specifics: this was the only company that welcomed sweat equity and let us help build it. But there was never a time there was not someone to help, guide, and offer advice for us as most of the things we did we had never tried to do before. I had the basic design, but Keith helped me make it more efficient and make changes necessary for codes and good building practices. They helped guide us to the right subcontractors and stores to pick cabinets, floors, etc. Every thing was done in the time frame we set out. When I made changes, fortunately not many, it was like I asked for the time of day. It was effortless, at least for me. There's lots more, but it was all good. Having built 2 houses before, I can honestly say this was the best experience. Laura Garner”
