Sable completed a three-story stair rebuild for me after a previous contractor started the project. The work of the previous contractor was not acceptable and I had to stop the project in progress - Adam was able to come by the same day I called him. My house was already half torn-up, and they managed to fit me into their busy schedule and start work quickly. It was a complicated job in an older downtown house and they did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend them, and will be calling them for any and all future projects on my house.

If you are looking for a perfectionist to get the job done right, Patrick is the contractor to hire. He turned our old Lawrence Park home into a sparkling new gem! His Millwork is beautiful and he knows how to perfectly cut and lay down marble. He was always on time and very respectful, keeping the work area as clean and tidy as possible!! Thank You Patrick!

We hired Kildare in October 2019 to update our 20+ year old master bathroom. We showed Derm several photos of the style and look we wanted (traditional, but with modern fixtures and vanity). He over-delivered and we could not of been happier with the results. He helped us select everything from the tiles, vanity, shower and sink fixtures, as well as lighting. After the end of each day, the crew would vacuum, wipe down, and cleanup their workspace (big +). Derm has a keen eye when it comes to quality and detail, and his team were so professional from day one. Will 100% be working with Derm again for our next project

Area Seven was great to work with. They renovated my kitchen and flooring in the entrance. Top knotch, did a good job and kept my house clean while doing it.

Stay away from this contractor. They took on our new home project in the winter of 2022. It was one disappointment after the other. They hired terrible subcontractors. They hired one guy to complete our entire roof. He showed up a few times before he quit. We were months without a roof which delayed the entire build. They would not take responsibility for any wrong-doings. Issues that were pointed out with truss uplift during the build were not fixed. As a result: our doors do not shut or latch and the walls and ceilings in the upstairs have massive cracks running through them. Additionally the floor has separated from the wall. We have had major flooding in our basement as a result of improper drainage from the heat pump. Our back patio door is very difficult to open or close. Building with them was a headache.
