We felt so lucky to find Construo by referral. Even though the jobs we needed done were far short of whole-home renovations, Jaime and his crew were fast, responsive and smooth. We ended up using Construo on 3 different properties this year — in one case a rush job to fix botched work by another plumber. His ability to orchestrate various subcontractors is unmatched, and his workmanship standards were well above what we’d gotten used to from other contractors.

The first time I used Constru Construction was when my first floor bathroom toilet sprung a leak. Your company replaced the basement drywall ceiling, pulled up the carpet and replaced the padding and put in a bannister. My wife and I are very happy with the work that was completed. We needed a bathroom ceiling repaired in one of the units in our condo building. Jaime was able to provide an estimate based on pictures and video of the damage. He was also cooperative in providing other documentation needed, e.g. COI to our condo management company. He is communicative, respectful and easy to work with. The completed job was also very satisfactory.

Very professional. We were very happy with the painting of both of our bedrooms. Workers were very courteous and completed each room in one day. All wall and ceiling imperfections were also fixed. Highly recommend this company for any painting or remodeling work.

I hired Construo Construction to I remodeled my kitchen and bathroom. They installed hardwood floors, changed stair rails, light fixtures, countertops, and tile in the laundry room. Not only did they do a phenomenal job with the bathroom ventilation but the entire remodel was truly a professional job. They are very knowledgeable and punctual in their line of work. We recently updated our kitchen and Construo beyond exceed our expectations. They were able to see the protentional in our very outdated, drabby kitchen and the results were beautiful! They got rid of the horrible L-shape layout, extended the cabinets, gave us a coffee nook, a beautiful island... I mean this kitchen has it all. The kitchen is the central beacon of a home and I can honestly say we are using and enjoying every bit of our new kitchen. We are beyond grateful for the Construo, the team did an amazing job! I recommend Construo Construction all the time to family and friends! They are professional, honest, clean and construct great work. They enclosed a loft and built a new loft in my home. They have done electrical work for me along with putting in a new sink and filter system. They respond quickly when I reach out, and so far seems that no task is too big or too small. When it was finally time to update our 70’s kitchen and bath we consulted with Jaime from Construo Construction. He came highly recommended by a family member. Our hope was to keep the kitchen cabinets, but countertop and built-in oven definitely had to go. Replacing the light fixtures, removing the border, and repairing the walls were also on the “must do” list. In the bathroom, we wanted to keep the wall tiles and were resigned to keeping our avocado green bathtub, but replacing the vanity and light fixtures was long overdue. Preserving the kitchen cabinets presented unexpected obstacles. Finding an oven to fit the existing opening was very difficult and modifications to cabinets under the sink were needed to accommodate the desired undermount sink. The solutions Jaime and his team provided exceeded our expectations. The layout of the fifty-year-old bathroom greatly limited our options for replacing the vanity. Installing one of today’s standard vanities would have prevented the door from closing. A custom vanity and creative work with salvaged wall tiles worked perfectly. Painting the tub white literally made it like new. Frequent guests to our home were amazed at the results. We have and will continue to highly recommend Contruo Construction.

Jamie completed my kitchen remodel in Feb. 2022. I was extremely happy with the results, everything was very professionally done. The crew arrived on time, and they were respectful of my property and my home. Every detail was completed, and turned out just as I had envisioned it would. We had some delays with cabinet doors due to Covid supply chain, but Jaime made sure everything was completed as soon as the materials arrived. Construo will be starting on a basement remodel for me in March, 2023. I am looking forward to getting this work done and the attention to detail that I know Jaime and his crew will provide. I highly recommend using this contractor for all projects.

It can be hard to find talented, reliable, and honest craftsmen that stand by their work these days. Construo embodies these attributes. Better yet, I haven’t come across a project they couldn’t manage. I have hired Construo many times over the years for my personal and investment properties, as well as for my business concerning electric, plumbing, kitchen remodel, gazebo build, window replacements, wood flooring (new and refreshed), painting, bathroom remodel, sump pump, roofing, on and on. I have friends and acquaintances that have tried to save a few bucks and ended up hiring incompetent, inferior, or even downright shady companies. They regret not going with my recommendation and when things go south they end up contacting Construo afterwards to fix or finish the mess, which ends up costing them so much more. If you have an important project that you want done right and for a fair price, look no further - this is the company you keep asking your network for.

Jamie and his crew are amazing to work with. They redid my whole kitchen and I get nothing but compliments. They understood what I wanted and made so many suggestions to give it that little more style. They use quality vendors, and pay attention to every detail, all done at a very reasonable price. Jaime and his team are very professional. They were able to complete my kitchen renovation on time and on budget. They knocked down a wall and moved electrical, plumbing, and HVAC effortlessly. Jaime Villagram, owner of Construo Construction was prompt and delivered as promised at the original price we agreed on. All work was completed on time and in a professional way. That was my first time using him. The next time was in my home. The dishwasher malfunctioned and flooded the kitchen. The hardwood floors all had to be refinished or replaced. Jaime took over with the insurance adjuster and got the approval to do the job .Job three was a leaking roof on my commercial building That was also done perfectly.
