Innova Developments Ltd. was contracted by Park Avenue Place Condominium Corporation to do an extensive refurbishment of the common areas of the building, painting, carpeting and some construction work. The project was completed and gave the building new life. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for a contractor to do this type of a project. Professional, friendly and on-time and on-budget.

Innova Developments built my custom home in Inglewood this past year and was great to work with! The project manager from Innova was always quick in responding to issues and very adaptable to changes. The budget was fairly tight and so the costs did come in slightly higher than I had hoped. The Innova team was upfront with this from an early stage and did their best to mitigate any cost increase. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to build a home in Calgary.

Took on the project of adding a basement suite to an existing townhome. Excellent project management and craftsmanship. Innova delivered on exactly what I had in mind for the final project. The project turned out to be a great investment and I have Innova to thank for that.

Commented: Help moving the bathroom doorWhat is in the square area on the other side of walls between the tub and the shower? Is that a hall closet? If you can go through there I like the idea of removing the shower to put a door there.
