After tweaking the one we liked, she also walked us through the selection of cabinets, countertop, hardware and backsplash before we ever paid a cent. The estimate came in within our budget and there were no additional costs. The project manager was communicative and helpful and the person who did the work was great. He did an exceptional job with the cabinet install and wall tiling. He came on time and cleaned up after each day and even worked on the final weekend to stay on schedule. We love the results!”

“We had been back and forth for over a year on whether to renovate our home & stay or move. “Blackstone staff was professional and personal through the entire process. Their showroom and on site team provided us with a variety of options that was exactly right for our home, budget and dream. We agreed to the plan and terms the same day of our visit. We had secured several other estimates and as with many home projects the same outcome can vary substantially in price. The lower price did not mean the quality was less. The drawers and cabinets were all of the highest quality, e.g. dovetail wooden drawers. The installation crews were all professional and personal as well. As with any large project, the key is an onsite manager that has eyes and ears wide open regarding the customer and the installation teams. In our case it was Luis. One hundred percent attention to what we were saying and what the team was experiencing. One example was when a section of the quartz backsplash was not cut properly. While the installers were on site, he contacted the quartz supplier and the same day, while they were still onsite, the new section was received and properly installed. Luis was also our advocate with the cabinet supplier, e.g. when a door had a blemish, securing for us a new door with no issues. We give the teams and Luis our highest recommendations. No one could ask more or expect more.”
