New & Custom Home Builders Near Arthur

“Ryan and his crew were the best part of our home build. We waited a long time to make this build a reality and it absolutely would have not been possible to be done with as much quality and efficiency without them. You hear things about contractors all the time and R. Glosser Homes is the exact opposite of every horror story you’ve ever heard while building a home. From the very beginning when we were looking for a contractor, Ryan was prompt with answering our questions, quick to set up an in person meeting, diligent to get our quotes back in the timeframe he gave us, and because of that we knew we didn’t need to look anywhere else. We were very hands on with our build and I spent a lot of time with our subcontractors- every single one had nothing but amazing things to say about Ryan. If I had a dollar for every person who said we picked the best home builder, I could probably build another house. :) Every question and every change order we asked for was handled promptly. Ryan’s prompt communication is TOP TIER in this industry. Our project was finished within the timeframe we had hoped for and that was our biggest priority after waiting for so long to begin. We are so grateful to Ryan and his crew for making our home build an exciting and worry-free process. We truly got to enjoy and soak in this experience of making our dream home come to life because we knew it was in the best hands.”

“Darcy Bean Custom Construction recently completed a project for us which was physically quite small but required finding solutions to a number of space and other significant constraints. We hoped to be able to add a walk-in shower to our very small downstairs half-bath, which would require bumping out the exterior wall, but we weren’t sure it would even be possible. They worked patiently with us until together we were able to work out a feasible plan for all that we had in mind, within the minimal space available, and without affecting the outside appearance of our 125-year-old house any more than necessary. We now have a bright, pleasant, convenient full bath. And neighbors and even strangers continue to comment on what an especially professional job they did in blending the new construction in with the existing exterior, with attention to every detail. They definitely live up to the “custom construction” part of their name.”

“A young man driving a pickup truck hit our home and did extensive damage. We hired Becker Construction and were satisfied with the construction and finishing work they dud!”
