New & Custom Home Builders Near Ozaukee County

“We recently had our kitchen completely transformed by Refined Renovations, and can’t say enough good things about the experience from start to finish. From our very first consultation, Matthew and Emma were attentive, knowledgeable, and appeared genuinely excited to help bring our vision to life. They took the time to listen to our concerns and ideas, and offered creative suggestions that fit our vision. Their design meeting was extremely impressive (Sofie is the best!), and their transparent communication made us feel confident and in control throughout the project. Once the work began, their professionalism and thoughtfulness continued to shine through. They set us up with a temporary kitchen (stove/oven, dishwasher, and sink) in our basement, which made the construction period MUCH more bearable. Robert was a phenomenal project manager and was extremely communicative throughout the entire project. When unexpected issues arose (as they do in an old home), they were transparent and provided options for moving forward. They were willing to get creative with solutions, and compromise when needed. The quality of their work is absolutely top‑notch. I was especially impressed by their attention to detail, and willingness to ensure we were happy with the final product. Our new kitchen not only looks stunning, it functions beautifully, too. I wholeheartedly recommend Refined Renovations to anyone looking for a home renovation. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and dedication to customer satisfaction turned what could have been a stressful project into an absolute pleasure. Our family now has a dream kitchen that we look forward to using every single day—thank you to the entire team for making it happen!”

“The Highland team did an OUTSTANDING job on our new home and we can't thank them enough for their attention to detail and quality. It turned our better than we expected! Knowing how complex a build can be and all the moving parts and people on the project, I was anticipating a lot of issues, but can honestly say, there were none. The Highland team and all the subs were all very professional and excellent at communicating during the whole process. A special shout out goes to the project manager Dylan and designer Julie as our guides on this adventure and investment. I would hands-down recommend Highland Builders to anyone building or remodeling! P.S. - we used them once before for a remodel and the result was the same - excellent work and a fair price!”

“This was our first opportunity to collaborate with Deep River Partners and it was a true pleasure to work with such a great team of professionals. Richard Sherer and Chris Chambliss provided very detailed plans covering all aspects of the project. Their attention to detail made it easy for us to successfully build their client's vision. A skilled communicator, Chris was very quick to respond to any questions and was a respectful listener, open to our ideas and suggestions. This particular project was a remodel in a home designed by Russell Barr Williamson, a contemporary of Frank Lloyd Wright. Richard and Chris created a modern design that epitomized the original architect's aesthetic and surpassed the client's expectations. We are currently working on a new project with Deep River Partners and once again, feel privileged to work with a team with the same dedication, professionalism and artistry as Timber Innovations.
