“Kitchen & Bath Crate is an amazing company and deserves 10 stars on a 5 star rating. Two years ago KBC remodeled our kitchen, and we still love everything they did. We liked the company and all the people who worked on our kitchen so much that when we decided to remodel our bathroom, it was a "no brainer" that we would go with KBC again. We first met with Daniel, who had been extremely helpful making our vision for the kitchen a reality that was within our budget. Daniel once again suggested several options. We decided on a plan, and he provided us with a detailed written proposal that specified all expenses. We then met with the design team, Daniel and Lindsay, for about 2 hours to choose our vanity, tile, and paint colors. Daniel had taken pictures of our house so Lindsay could help us make selections based upon what OUR style is. The result were selections perfect for our taste. About a week before the renovation, we met with Bill, the project manager. Bill had been the project manager on our kitchen, and we were very happy that he would be working with us again. During the meeting he reviewed all the information in the proposal and gave us a day by day schedule which was very helpful. Bill was VERY available and responded super quick to texts and made sure any questions were answered and concerns were immediately addressed. He came by our house just about every morning to check on the progress and texted every night to tell us who would be coming the next day. He showed genuine concern for our remodel and wanted us to be happy with the end result. We also like that Bill was very supportive of the teams that did the work because they were ALL amazing. There is so much work in a total bathroom remodel!! Thank you to Lito, Hector, Elisar, Jason, Ricardo, and Octavio. Each team arrived promptly at 7:30 and worked consistently until 4. Every day they made sure to have the house absolutely clean. ALL of them were conscientious craftsmen who took great pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of our bath room. Our remodel is so beautiful because of them. Needless to say, we highly recommend Kitchen & Bath Crate. You will not only have a beautiful remodel, but you will enjoy the process and all the people you meet.”
