My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

“Terrey ,Conrad and the team have transformed the back garden to a very private space with clever planting and made access to the house so much easier via the new terrace and surrounding walkways. The front garden has also undergone a big change with amendments to a very large existing paved driveway with wonderful planting that has given the house some much needed privacy. Terrey really listens to how you would like your garden to look and how you use it. She then creates a beautiful space. Conrad and the team worked through very Wet conditions then Heat but still maintained a great sense of humour ,high work ethic and always left the site clean and tidy. I love what Outerspace have created and I thank you all so much. I would definitely recommend Julie Sent from my iPhone Sent from my iPhone”

“If you’re reading this review because you’re trying to pick a garden designer, trust me, stop, you’ve found them! As someone who is extremely thorough with a high attention to detail, I had high expectations going into this project. I mean it when I say Rob from UNL has surpassed them. Why? 1. His design process is organised and thorough. Rob really considers all your needs, listens and produces designs that nail the brief. 2. Robs knowledge of materials and planting is incredible - this means you can really create some exciting concepts and you’re safe in the knowledge that Rob really has considered all options 3. Rob isn’t afraid to tell you when you’ve got a rubbish idea or suggestion and why it’s bad - important skill for any designer when a client starts suggesting roque options 4. His involvement - as part of Robs design process, he works with the landscaper which really helps take the pressure off and ensures the build sticks to brief. He’s also quick to identify if something isn’t right and correct it. 5. He cares about his projects - Robs work ethic and desire to create a great end result is incredible. I’ve never had a service like it. He treats the garden like his own and will do whatever it takes (weekends, evenings, rain or shine) to get the job done. This is rare and a great asset to have. I would 100% recommend Rob and UNL to anyone that wants to create an incredible outdoor space. He really is the best option out there”
